PRICES

Please note that prices are valid for 10 business days after receipt of this proposal. GROUP SERVICES INC (GSI) prides itself on offering clients the best possible all-inclusive pricing with no hidden costs. All prices quoted are subject to a 15% service fee. All prices quoted reflect a 5% cash discount assuming payment is made by check or bank wire transfer. If payment is not made by check or wire, prices will be increased by 5%. All payments must be in U.S. funds by check via mail, or Visa, MasterCard, American Express or via bank wire transfer.

“Rates quoted herein do not include tax, and are subject to applicable taxes which will be included in the final bill. Currently, a business to business tax of 4% is expected to take effect as of Oct 1st, 2015 with a scheduled increase to 11.5% as of April 1st, 2016. Your final bill will reflect the applicable tax. Any change in tax rates or the unanticipated implementation of supplementary fees outside of our control (e.g., energy surcharges, airport fees, or admission increases) by contracted facilities or vendors will be passed onto you and reflected in the final bill.”

Deposit and payment schedules, cancellation policy and guarantees are outlined in depth in our contract and deposit invoice. The availability of venues, tours and transportation services cannot be guaranteed until GROUP SERVICES INC (GSI) receives a signed contract and deposit. Cancellations – Minimum charges apply if less than 24 hour notice on sedans and limos; 24 hours on vans and buses; 14 days on motor coaches; 72 hours on personnel unless otherwise stated.

Old San Juan Historical Walking Tour with Shopping

We’ve designed this tour for culture and history enthusiasts who like to get up close to the sites and examine the past first-hand. Knowledgeable step-aboard guides will take your party to -the oldest city in the U.S. There, they’ll be able to stroll through Old Spanish cathedrals and forts such as San Cristobal, where they’ll see and learn how the Spanish built and defended their city. Afterwards, they’ll have an opportunity to do some shopping and have lunch on their own. A popular option is to have our staff pre-arrange lunch at one of Old San Juan’s fine restaurants. We’ve designed this tour for the shopping enthusiasts!!! Guests will be dropped off at Plaza Colon where our staff will provide shopping maps so guests can star their shopping journey. Over 50 stores make up the Shopping District…giving plenty of options. Also during their journey guests will be able to have lunch on their own.

Bacardi Tour with Shopping in Old San Juan

Relive the history and see how Bacardi evolved from being a small rum manufacturer in Santiago de to becoming the untamable Spirit that it is today. Guest will be able to learn about Bacardi’s rum making process, its classic Cocktails, and to top it off they will enjoy the best hand crafted cocktails prepared by our Mixologists. Visit our gift shop and find an array of Bacardi Rums, souvenirs and collectibles. Enjoy the view of Old San Juan from a pavilion that’s shaped like a bat or just sit back and relax within our lounge and savor our new culinary delights in the commemorative cup given upon arrival as a gift. You will find out why over 270,000 Tourist a year have made Bacardi a must see when they visit PR. After our tour of the Bacardi facilities, we will depart for Old San Juan were guests will have an opportunity to go shopping for one-of-a-kind crafts at incredible prices, from wooden sculptures to handmade clothing. Exploring the many restaurants in Old San Juan is a highlight of a visit to Puerto Rico. The Party with Bacardi Session – Visitor Center & Mixology Add On

Learning the art of Mixology takes skill, technique and practice with one of our experts who will lead you on a journey to preparing a perfectly balanced cocktail. Participants will not only learn how to prepare three famous Bacardi cocktails, but they will also be able to savor their creations. First you will visit the rum distillery visitor center and learn about the history of the Bacardi Family and its development in the rum industry. Afterwards, learn the art of mixology with one or Bacardi’s specialists, preparing and savoring (3) three legendary Bacardi Cocktails. The enhanced package includes a visit to the Cathedral of Rum. If you want to enjoy authentic Puerto Rican food where the locals eat PLUS listen to interesting historical tales, this tour is for you. We start off by foot in one of the main plazas of Old San Juan, a charming city dating back to the 1500s that is home to unique blue cobble-stoned streets, breathtaking Spanish and French architecture and some of the best restaurants on the island.

Aluminum bicycles, helmets and gloves will be dispersed to the group. One bottle of water will also be provided to the group. El Yunque Rainforest Walking Tour

Named after the good Indian spirit, Yuquiyu, and shelter to the Taino Indians for 200 years, El Yunque is the only tropical rainforest in the U.S. National Forest System. Spanning 28,000 acres and reaching an elevation of 3,624 feet, the area receives over 100 billion gallons of rainfall each year. In El Yunque you will see many unique sights and hear many unique sounds unsurpassed by any of the natural wonders. Breathtaking views of feathery ferns, thick ropelike vines, white tuberoses, ginger, miniature orchids and some 240 different species of trees are in abundance throughout the area. Home to the Puerto Rican parrot, El Yunque is also a bird sanctuary and you can hear the wondrous strains of these birds harmonizing with the tiny, inch-long coqui’s prevalent to Puerto Rico. Splashing falls and cool shaded pools complement the total enhancement of the forest. For groups who like to include a relaxing stroll along with their ride, we will provide knowledgeable step-aboard guides and staff, who will take your party on a scenic 30 to 45 minute walk along one of may trails, while pointing out the splendor of the surroundings for photo opportunities or just pure enjoyment. . El Yunque Rainforest Hiking Tour

El Yunque Rain Forest is the only rain forest in the U.S. National Forest System. El Yunque named after the good Taino spirit Yukiyu receives over 100 billion gallons of annual rainfall and harbors 240 tree species. Rivers and trickling streams collect into gentle pools of rainwater as millions of tiny inch-long frogs called coqui, found only in Puerto Rico sing their sweet lullabies. After a scenic drive to the start-off point and a brief orientation by one of our experienced step-aboard guides, you will commence on an exhilarating 1 ½ hour hike through the wilderness of the rain forest. The actual hike will be held on marked U.S. Forest Service trails. All our guides are experienced hikers, who are familiar with the trails and areas.

Horseback Riding by the Rainforest at Carabali

Enjoy a memorable horseback ride in a unique natural environment, one that you could not duplicate any place on earth. Ride gentle, but spirited "Paso Fino" horses, along the foothills of the world famous "El Yunque Rain Forest." Upon arrival you will receive brief instruction on how to ride and will then be given a horse according to your riding experience.

ATV Four Track Adventure at Carabali

Get ready for the ultimate adventure. Check your mature self at the gate and embark on an adrenalin rush like none other, because remember, life is too short to walk… ATV (all-terrain vehicle) four-wheel dirt-bike tours are the most talked about adventures in Puerto Rico. Take part in an inspiring and exciting ride through raw nature. The ride takes the group through the foothills of the Rainforest and exposes the riders to the spectacular scenery of Puerto Rico’s east coast. The Campo Rico Ziplining Adventure is located in a hidden paradise; the setting, a 2,300 acre secluded natural jewel, composed of lush valleys, mangroves, lagoons and limestone mountains. The Natural Reserve of Fajardo is a Great eco-tour for nature lovers. We begin to paddle from Las Croabas bay where it is going to lead us to a mangrove channel. In the channel amazing amount of Iguanas can be seen hanging from the trees. This reserve functions as a Bird Sanctuary, allowing the guest to enjoy viewing a great variety of species during this tour. During the tour we can also appreciate the great view of the historic “Cabezas de San Juan Lighthouse located in that same area. At the end of the mangrove we will see the famous “Laguna Grande’ which contains a great population of dinoflagellates. Light Tackle Fishing Trip

Explore Puerto Rico’s costal reefs and enjoy outstanding fishing activity with a Light Tackle Fishing Charter. Take pleasure in catching "Sliver Kings" (Tarpon), Snooks, Lady-Fishes and Jacks with a professional captain and fisherman. Guests will depart the hotel marina on a 4 hour charter that will include an introduction to the equipment and plenty of time to reel in their own big catch! We can accommodate up to 14 pax. Deep Sea Fishing Trip

Famous for its international Bluefish Tournament, Puerto Rico boasts one of the most productive fishing grounds in the world, where Marlin abound, as well as tastier Game-fish such as Tuna, Dorado and Wahoo. Our experienced captains will ensure your group the best time possible. We can accommodate up to 18pax (3 vessels) for AM or/and PM charters, without having to incur deadhead charges. This gives us a capacity of 36pax fishing on any giving day. Off course if we need to increase this capacity we are able to bring more vessels from San Juan and St. Thomas

The Cut-off date is December 15, 2016. Booking requests received after the cut-off date will be accepted based on equipment/decor/entertainment availability basis.

CONTRACTUAL CONFIRMATION: The outlined specifications are being held on a right of first refusal basis until December 15, 2016. However, if another customer requests the same equipment/decor/entertainment, for the same dates, and such customer is willing to confirm on a definite basis before your decision date, we will request an earlier decision.

General Terms and Conditions

Conditions: Prices for services as detailed on the attached proposal will be irrevocable through 2015. A 90% initial deposit on total for services is required at contract signing. Balance plus program additions are due seven days from receipt of final program invoice.

Service Charge All prices are net, non-commissionable. A 15% service charge is added to the final invoice.

“Rates quoted herein do not include tax, and are subject to applicable taxes which will be included in the final bill. Currently, an 11.5% sales and use tax applies and business to business services are excluded from this tax. A business to business tax of 4% is expected to take effect as of Oct 1st, 2015 with a scheduled increase to 11.5% as of April 1st, 2016. Your final bill will reflect the applicable tax. Any change in tax rates or the unanticipated implementation of supplementary fees outside of our control (e.g., energy surcharges, airport fees, or admission increases) by contracted facilities or vendors will be passed onto you and reflected in the final bill.”

Minimums: This minimum is derived from standard requirements according to our proposal.

Guarantees: A final and definite guarantee is due on the activities at least fifteen (15) days prior to the operation of the program.

Cancellation Policy: Should the client cancel in full the services and items outlined in the Contract for Services, Group Services Inc. will be due an amount according to the following sliding scale, plus expenses, non-refundable deposits made to suppliers, and other damages incurred by third-party contractors:

Décor & Entertainment Terms and Conditions

•For events confirmed seven (7) days prior to the event day, a rush charge of 10% will apply.

•For events confirmed less than seven (7) days prior to the event day, a rush charge of 20% will apply.

•For events confirmed less than 48 hours prior to the event day, a rush charge of 40% will apply.

•Events that require any type of construction, we require a signed agreement and deposit sixty (60) days prior to the event.

•Prices are good for sixty days after the proposal date. After the due date, Group Services, Inc.(GSI) reserves the right to make any changes in the pricing structure.

•The client is responsible for the payment of $10.00 per invitee for a rain call that is made after set up has begun. This fee will cover the additional cost incurred for the labor of moving linens and centerpieces indoors and overtime. The props will be moved in-doors based on the available time to set up.

•GSI will ensure that our staff will be prepared with enough linens, napkins and centerpieces for an increase of up to 2% of the total amount of participants. Any amount above this number will be subject to an additional delivery and set up fee.

•In the event of any missing rental items, the client will be charged a replacement fee.

•GSI will accept payments via credit cards.

•Please provide bottled water and non-alcoholic beverages to entertainers during the event.
