One complication is that local government areas changed between the 2011 and 2016 Censuses, and while we have time series data available for the current boundaries, these data sets do not include all variables. So, it will take some time for us to work through what’s there, what’s missing, and how to compare across Censuses for those LGAs with changed boundaries. -

Getting to OLMC
Getting to OLMC Located on the leafy fringe of Parramatta’s vibrant CBD, OLMC provides students with access to all the arts, culture and other learning facilities of a major Western Sydney CBD. The central location and proximity to the Parramatta interchange (approximately 15 minutes’ walk) means students can comfortably travel to and from the College using public transport from throughout western, north western and south western Sydney. Most students use train or bus to travel to and from the College. From the Parramatta transport hub, students have 2 bus options: • State Transit Bus No 697W operates between Parramatta Station and OLMC (Ross Street) in the morning and the afternoon (subject to timetabling). • The free Parramatta Shuttle Bus runs from Parramatta Station and stops on O’Connell Street, across the road from the College. Since then it has worked on a wide range of environment protection campaigns - natural and urban, coastal and inland, country and city. Included has been air pollution and the sustainable city as an enduring concern. The Centre also provides public information on environmental concerns, such as toxic chemicals and safer alternatives, and provides assistance on how to run a campaign, deal with the media and lobby politicians. It undertakes environmental consultancies, organises conferences and publishes reports and books. Since 2003 TEC has also been undertaking the leading Green Capital program to encourage and support genuine moves by business towards social and environmental responsibility. The Centre is a non-profit, non-government organisation funded mainly by donations and project grants. Paid staff are assisted by volunteers.
