Discovery of the Isotopes with Z ≤ 10 M. Thoennessen∗ National Superconducting Cyclotron Laboratory and Department of Physics and Astronomy, Michigan State University, East Lansing, MI 48824, USA Abstract A total of 126 isotopes with Z ≤ 10 have been identified to date. The discovery of these isotopes which includes the observation of unbound nuclei, is discussed. For each isotope a brief summary of the first refereed publication, including the production and identification method, is presented. arXiv:1009.2737v1 [nucl-ex] 14 Sep 2010 ∗Corresponding author.
