To encourage interaction with members of the Janitor University distinguished faculty, there are informal get-togethers in which faculty members meet with small groups of participants to investigate topics of mutual interest. These meetings might range from a casual dinner to examining team cleaning, to discussions on marketing the cleaning department to upper management or corporate culture.
