President Redeeming the time, because the days are evil. Ephesians 5:16 So teach us to number our days, That we may gain a heart of wisdom. Psalm 90:12 Scripture commands us to make to use our time wisely. You will spend four years at Sattler College –more than 1,300 days. While you are here, you will discover that we have strategically and intentionally designed every facet of the Sattler experience to make every day count as you prepare for your service in Jesus’ peaceful revolution. Everything we do is driven by our mission — to provide classical education that instructs the mind, discipleship that shapes the soul, and inspiration that inflames the heart. Bible Based Core Curriculum We have implemented a rigorous and well-defined, college-wide curriculum that encompasses the best of Christian education in the classical tradition to produce well- rounded students who can rightly handle the word of truth (2 Timothy 2:15). Journey Groups. When you think of Sattler College, we want you to think of discipleship. Sattler College is committed to establishing habits in you that will last a lifetime. Every student will be placed into a small group of peers where you will pray, read, explore, study the bible and share life together. Tea Time Five days a week, we meet together for an inspirational devotion, songs and prayer. Staff, faculty, and students lead these devotions over a cup of tea. During this time speakers often share “pearls,” important lessons they have learned in life. Capstone The highlight of your academic journey is when you get the opportunity to put what you have learned into practice. We call this our Capstone Project. Specific to your major, every student will spend a semester of your senior year in a mission setting where you apply what you have learned in practical ways that brings Glory to God. Modern education is hostile to faith, too expensive, and academically weak. We need nothing short of a revolution. Sattler College was founded upon the biblical vision of Christian discipleship that addresses the mind, soul, and heart. Our mission is to provide an education that
