In statistics, the 68 – 95 – 99.7 rule, also known as the three-sigma rule or empirical rule, states that nearly all values lie within three standard deviations of the mean in a normal distribution. 68.27% of the values lie within one standard deviation of the mean. Similarly, 95.45% of the values lie within two standard deviations of the mean. Nearly all (99.73%) of the values lie within three standard deviations of the mean. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/68%E2%80%9395%E2%80%9399.7_rule

Gestapo). 1975 Bundesverdienstkreuz [sic!]

Finnnisch, Russisch, Persisch (Farsi), Chinesisch (Mandarin), Griechisch.
Farsi: Text + Frage dazu. Kann die Frage nicht beantworten. [Publikum lacht]

„Here, we analyze the cyto-architecture of areas 44 and 45 (anatomical correlates of Broca‘s speech region) of a man with a documented extraordinary com-petence in language performance (Emil Krebs, E.K.), and compared it with 11 control brains. Morphometry and multivariate statistical analysis revealed significant cytoarchi- tectonic differences between E. K. and the controls in left and right areas 44, in right 45, and in interhemispheric asym- metries. We conclude, that the exceptional language competence of E.K. may be related to distinct cytoarchitectonic features in Broca‘s region.“
