Martes 11 de marzo de 2003 DIARIO OFICIAL (Segunda Sección) 1 SEGUNDA SECCION SECRETARIA DE MEDIO AMBIENTE Y RECURSOS NATURALES AVISO por el que se informa al público en general que la Secretaría de Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales ha concluido la elaboración del Programa de Manejo del Area Natural Protegida con el carácter de Reserva de la Biosfera Barranca de Metztitlán, ubicada en los municipios de Acatlán, Atotonilco el Grande, Eloxochitlán, Huasca de Ocampo, Metepec, Metztitlán, San Agustín Metzquititlán y Zacualtipán de Angeles, en el Estado de Hidalgo. Al margen un sello con el Escudo Nacional, que dice: Estados Unidos Mexicanos.- Secretaría de Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales. VICTOR LICHTINGER WAISMAN, Secretario de Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales, con fundamento en los artículos 32 bis fracciones VI y VII de la Ley Orgánica de la Administración Pública Federal; último párrafo del artículo 66 de la Ley General del Equilibrio Ecológico y la Protección al Ambiente; 76 del Reglamento de la Ley General del Equilibrio Ecológico y la Protección al Ambiente en materia de Areas Naturales Protegidas; 4, 5 fracciones I y XXV y 141 del Reglamento Interior de la Secretaría de Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales, he tenido a bien expedir el siguiente: AVISO Se informa al público en general, que la Secretaría de Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales ha concluido la elaboración del Programa de Manejo del Area Natural Protegida con el carácter de Reserva de la Biosfera Barranca de Metztitlán, ubicada en los municipios de Acatlán, Atotonilco el Grande, Eloxochitlán, Huasca de Ocampo, Metepec, Metztitlán, San Agustín Metzquititlán y Zacualtipán de Angeles, en el Estado de Hidalgo, establecido por Decreto Presidencial publicado en el Diario Oficial de la Federación el 27 de noviembre de 2000. -

For 1 year, socioeconomic data were collected from 82 farms selected from four strata via statistical sampling. Two scenarios were established to determine the quantitative contribution of comparative advantages: (1) a simulated scenario, which accounted for the cost of purchasing the total food and the opportunity cost of the family labour force (FLF), and (2) an actual production scenario, which accounted for the cost of producing food and eliminating the payment of the FLF and included other income. The E3 and E4 producers were the most profitable and competitive in the simulated scenario and actual production scenario. Of the four scales evaluated, the E2 and E1 producers were the most efficient in taking advantage of the economic contribution provided by the comparative advantages in their own production of food and employment of the FLF, in addition to accounting for other income, a condition that increased their profitability by 171 and 144% and competitiveness by 346 and 273%, respectively. -

Taller “MODELO DE INTERVENCIÓN: MUJERES Y SUSTENTABILIDAD” Huejutla de Reyes, Hidalgo. 5 y 6 de octubre de 2011 INFORME Durante los días 5 y 6 de octubre se llevó a cabo el último taller “Modelo de intervención: género y sustentabilidad” en la región de la Huasteca, específicamente en el municipio de Huejutla de Reyes, contando con la participación de 39 asistentes, 26 mujeres y 13 hombres cuyas edades oscilaron entre los 17 y 58 años. Los cargos fueron diversos y las instituciones que representaban también, de tal suerte contamos con la asistencia de la Secretaría de Turismo, Instancia Municipal de las Mujeres, Comisión para el Desarrollo de los Pueblos Indígenas, Secretaría del Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales, Tesorería municipal, DIF municipal, Regidurías, Coordinación Regional del Programa de Mujeres, Dirección Ecología, Colegio de Bachilleres, UPN, UTHH, Mazehualtzintzi Inicentiliz S.C. y finalmente con la Asociación Agronómica, los municipios participantes fueron los siguientes: Huejutla, Yahualica, Atlapexco, Tlanchinol, Jaltocan, San Felipe Orizatlán. A continuación se muestra un cuadro con la lista de participantes, desagregando el lugar de origen de cada participante, así como el cargo y la institución que 1 representan, es importante señalar que solo se registraron 28 participantes ya que las otras personas estuvieron de manera semi presencial durante los dos días del taller. México [email protected] RESUMEN El tema de este texto son las emociones y la identidad como parte del imaginario del turismo cultural, parte de las nuevas tendencias del turismo en el mundo, y de las propuestas del Programa Pueblos Mágicos en México. Es interesante conocer y contrastar lo que habitantes y turistas perciben y sienten de una localidad. Para ello se revisan testimonios de entrevistas a turistas y habitantes de Huasca, estado de Hidalgo, primer nombramiento del Programa y destino turístico enclavado en la sierra de Pachuca en el centro del país. Los resultados apuntan a emociones que van de la tranquilidad a la alegría para ambos sujetos de estudio, entre otras cosas. Interviews to tourists and residents of Huasca, State of Hidalgo, the first appointment of the program and tourist destination in the sierra de Pachuca in the center of the country are reviewed. -
