As a result of Greg Abbott’s March 13, 2020 proclamation of a state of disaster affecting all counties in Texas due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), and consistent with the Governor’s March 16, 2020 suspension of certain provisions of the Texas Open Meetings Act, this meeting will be held by telephonic conference call, as otherwise authorized under Texas Government Code section 551.125.

Members of the public will have access and a means to participate in this meeting, by calling either of the numbers listed in the meeting information on this agenda. An electronic copy of the agenda and meeting materials are now available at www.texasattorneygeneral.gov/chooselife. A recording of the meeting will be available after April 16, 2021. When the Board reaches the public comment item on the agenda, the presiding officer will recognize you by name and give you an opportunity to speak. All public comments will be limited to 3 minutes.
