 Welcome  St. Barnabas Church is a Roman Catholic community of the Personal Ordinariate of the Chair of St. Peter. The Ordinariate was established by Pope Benedict XVI in 2012 to preserve elements of the Anglican tradition within the in North America. Mass is celebrated according to Divine Worship, also known as the Ordinariate or Anglican Use liturgy.

All Catholics may fulfill their Sunday and holyday obligation, and may receive Holy Communion, at Ordinariate Masses.

 CHORAL EVENSONG AND BENEDICTION TODAY St. Barnabas continues to offer Evensong every Sunday at 5:30 pm. Today, being the third Sunday of the month, the service will be Choral Evening with Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament, followed by a reception in the undercroft. All are welcome.

 FRIDAY LENTEN PROGRAM On Fridays in Lent, Stations of the Cross with Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament will be offered at 6:00 pm, followed by a soup supper. Volunteers are needed to provide two (2) vegetarian soups each week; please contact the church office if you would like to volunteer.

 HOLY WEEK SCHEDULE Holy Week begins on Palm Sunday, March 25. Low Mass will be celebrated on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday at 5:30 pm, with Confessions at 5:00 pm. On Wednesday evening at 7:00 pm, the service of Tenebrae will be sung. The Solemn Mass of Maundy Thursday will be celebrated at 7:00 pm, with the watch before the Altar of Repose until midnight, then resuming at 11:00 am the next morning. The Good Friday liturgy will take place at Noon, followed by Confessions. The Vigil will be at 8:00 pm on Holy Saturday. On Easter Sunday, our traditional Easter Egg hunt will be held on the lawn of the Joselyn Castle following the 10:30 am Mass.

 NEXT MONTHLY BOOK CLUB TO MEET APRIL 12 The next meeting of the new St. Barnabas book club will be on Thursday, April 12 at 6:30 pm, when we will discuss The Benedict Option, by Rod Dreher.  ADDITIONAL SUNDAY & WEEKDAY MASSES, CONFESSION TIMES Low Mass is now celebrated in the Lady Chapel on Sundays at 8:30 am. An additional weekday Mass is also offered on Thursday afternoons at 5:30 pm, preceded by Confessions at 5:00 pm. Finally, Mass is now offered every Saturday at 10 am (not just on the first Saturday of the month), with Confessions following until 11:15 am.
