Since then, there have been 85,651 confirmed HIV cases reported to the HARP. Ninety-four percent (80,468) of those diagnosed were malef and 6% (5,172) were femalef. At the time of diagnosis, more than half (51%, 43,503) were 25-34 years oldg while 24,530 (29%) were youth (15-24 years oldg). The median age was 28 years old (age range: 1 month - 82 years). Thirteen percent (11,363) of the reported cases had clinical manifestations of advanced infectionh at the time of testing. Moreover, 65% (55,388) of the total diagnosed cases in the Philippines were reported from January 2016 to March 2021. Report No. 3 – Population, Land Area, and Population Density is among the series of publications that present the results of the POPCEN 2015. This publication provides information on the population size, land area, and population density by region, province, highly urbanized city, and city/municipality based on the data from population census conducted by the PSA in the years 2000, 2010, and 2015; and data on land area by city/municipality as of December 2013 that was provided by the Land Management Bureau (LMB) of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR). Also presented in this report is the percent change in the population density over the three census years. The population density shows the relationship of the population to the size of land where the population resides.
