Abstract In this study, by taking the advantage of the facile & controlled synthesis of furosemide derived gold nanoparticles (Fr-AuNps) for rapid and sensitive amperometric determination of dopamine (DP). The one-step synthesis of Fr- AuNps was carried out at room temperature without the use of strong reducing agents. The synthesized Fr-AuNps were studied by UV-Vis spectroscopy, and a strong absorption band for gold nanoparticles was observed at 520 nm.

Habits which are learnt at a young age are imbibed easily and become a part of one's personality.Good hygiene promotes self-confidence, enhances a positive self- esteem, promotes self-awareness and a positive mental outlook. It is true that 'health is wealth'. But it is a matter of regret that most of us do not realize it. Awareness of cleanliness and personal Hygiene is the need of the hour in our country. Though health is now recognized as a fundamental right of every human being, it is essentially an individual responsibility. It is the individual who has to accept certain responsibilities in order to maintain health like taking responsibility for a good diet, personal hygiene, cultivation of healthy habits and taking disease prevention measures. There is a dire need to educate and sensitize people to the importance of cleanliness. Educational institutions can play a vital role in this matter as students are the future citizens of the nation. A small step from each Indian citizen is a giant leap towards fulfilling the purpose of our Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ‘Clean India’ campaign. At this point, I would also suggest students to take up at least one hobby and sport along with their academics.

The four names of great men from Sindh that he gave, included three former students of Sindh Madressah. Today, in 21st century, it gives pleasure that Sindh Madressah has kept alive that tradition of producing great men to serve the humanity.
