Directions to Comcast Center

One Comcast Center 1701 John F. Kennedy Boulevard (between 17th and 18th streets) Philadelphia, PA 19103-2838.

One Comcast Center is located directly west of Suburban Station. You will be asked to present photo ID upon arriving at the building's security desks.

The Comcast Conference Center Reception desk may be reached at 215-286-1145 from 8am to 5:30pm.

Traveling from the Airport

As you exit the airport, follow the combined “I-95 North and 76 West”. Follow Central Philadelphia I-76 over George Platt Bridge to I-76 West. Follow 76 West until you merge onto I- 676 (Vine Street Expressway) via exit 344 toward Central Philadelphia. Take the exit toward Broad Street/Central Philadelphia and take the 15th Street Ramp to Central Philadelphia. Turn right onto 15th Street and continue until you can turn onto JFK Boulevard. Head two blocks west and end at 1701 JFK Boulevard. (See Parking). There is a train from the airport that runs every ½ hour, from Terminals A, B, C, D, and E. Take the Airport Line to Suburban Station (about a 20 minute ride). Certain hotels will provide transportation at your request. Be sure to inquire when making your reservations.

Traveling by Car

From North: Take NJ turnpike to exit 4. Take Rt. 73 north to Rt. 38. Take Rt. 38 west to US 30. Take US 30 west over the Benjamin Franklin Bridge to I-676. Go south on 6th Street to Arch Street. Head west on Arch Street and turn left onto 16th Street. Follow 16th Street to JFK and turn right. Head one block west to One Comcast Center. (See Parking).

From East: Take I-76 over Walt Whitman Bridge. Go west on I-76 (Schuylkill Expressway) to exit 39 (30th Street Station). Go one block to Market Street and turn right. Go east on Market Street to 18th Street and turn left. Head one block north to 18th and JFK. (See Parking).

From South: Take I-95 North. Follow “Central Philadelphia. ” I-76”over George Platt Bridge to I- 76 west. Take I-95 North. Follow 76 west to exit 39 (30th Street Station). Go one block to Market Street and turn right. Go east on Market Street to 18th Street and turn left. Head one block north to 18th and JFK. (See Parking).

From West: Take I-76 (PA Turnpike) east to exit 16A (Schuylkill Expressway). Follow the Schuylkill (I-76) East to Central Philadelphia, I-676 exit (exit 344). Take I-676 to 15th Street, and turn right. Turn right onto JFK Boulevard. Stop at One Comcast Center. (See Parking).

There are several parking lots within a close vicinity to One Comcast Center. These include:

Within one block:

• Central Parking System at 1700 Market Street

• Parkway Corporation at 1701 Market Street

• LAZ Parking (surface lot) at 1800 Arch Street

Within two blocks:

• Central Parking System at 1717 Cherry Street

• InterPark at 1800 Market Street

• InterPark at 1815 Cherry Street

• Parkway Corporation at 1500 Arch Street

Traveling by Train

From Amtrak’s 30th Street Station Exit the station to the Market Street side and ask a cab to take you to 18th and JFK. You can also walk up the ramp to the “SEPTA Trains” and take any one that is traveling east (inbound) to Suburban Station.

From Suburban Station When you exit the train you will be underneath JFK Boulevard between 16th and 17th Streets. This is called the Pedestrian Concourse. Follow overhead signs leading to the Comcast Center. You will walk through the Metro Market and up a flight of stairs and will end up in the Comcast Center lobby.
