This two-day event brought in many of the best golf professionals from the Southern Texas section of the PGA. The golf course received amazing reviews from contestants as well as spectators. Escondido would like to say thank you to the many member volunteers who came out to help. We couldn’t have done it without you. TOURNAMENT RESULTS Club Championship The Men’s and Ladies’ Club Championships were played the last week of September. The Ladies’ had six participants playing on Thursday and Friday, September 24 and 25. At the end of play on Friday, Mary Lou Kromer emerged as Ladies’ Club Champion. Congratulations, Mary Lou! Moselle Rowsey was the runner-up, while Lisa Ruth was the Net winner. Above Chris Cotten Seventeen participants played in the Men’s Club Championship won on the first hole on Saturday and Sunday, September 26 and 27.
