He is a professor at the university of Tunis El Manar since 1989 and the national school of administration of Tunis since 1997 where he teaches administrative law, public policies, procurement and public private partnership law, competition and regulation law. He is the head of research a center at the university of Tunis called “law and governance research unity”.
