The Office National de l’Electricité et de l’Eau Potable, hereinafter referred to as “the Employer”, intends using part of the proceeds of a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards https://www.devbusiness.com/ProjectViewer.aspx?ProjectID=72714&ProjectType=1 1/4 02/05/2017 Development Business the cost of ONEE Water Supply Project. The Purchaser now invites sealed tenders from Contractors for the following contract to be funded from part of the proceeds of the loan: ­­ Equipment for recovery station SYSTEM Ouaoula center (2nd part) ­­ Equipment of recovery station Tidili Fatouaka, Anzou and Sidi Yacoub ­­ Equipment of recovery station Ait Taguella and Ouzoud (2nd part) ­­ Equipment of take­over stations for a flow of 5 l/s Tendering for contracts to be financed with the proceeds of a loan from the Bank is open to firms from any country. The proceeds of the Bank's loan will not be used for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, of for any import of goods, if such payment or import is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations. To be qualified for the award of a contract, tenderers must satisfy the following minimum criteria: ● The tenderer must have an average annual turnover of at least eleven million four hundred fifty height thousand three hundred thirty three Moroccan Dirhams thirty two cents excluding tax (11 458 333,32 MAD), which is the total of mandated payments received for on­going and / or completed contracts during the last three (03) years (2013­2014­2015). Experience as prime contractor in the context of at least two (2) cases of similar nature and complexity during the ten (10) years and include: ­ equipment of water pumping station of a unit power (power per group) greater than or equal to 70 Kw. NB: For a given reference, the power that will be taken into consideration is calculated from the flow and the HMT: Power (Kw) = Q (l / s) x Hmt (m) / 102. The tender documents (only French version) can be obtained free of charge from the tenders office of the ONEE­ Branche Eau at the address below. The same documents can be downloaded from the public procurement portal at: https://www.marchespublics.gov.ma. All tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of one hundred ten thousand (110 000, 00 MAD) or its equivalent in a convertible currency. Tenders must be delivered to the office at the address below on or before June 20, 2017 at 10 h 00 min (local time), at which time they will be opened in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend. Cette cartographie du développement et de ses dimensions montre clairement que : - La pauvreté matérielle voire monétaire est certes associée au développement humain, mais elle ne permet pas, à elle seule, d’identifier les communes sous l’emprise d’autres facettes de pauvreté.
