SECTION 1 - GENERAL 3.6 Only Voting-members are eligible to apply for international tickets.

1.1 The Club shall be called "THE HAMMERSMITH & FULHAM RUGBY FOOTBALL CLUB". SECTION 4 - CLUB MANAGEMENT

10.3 Any person whose behaviour is to be considered under 10.1 & 10.2 shall be given at least three days notice of any hearing and shall have the right to attend or be represented and to receive any relevant papers as soon as practicable ahead of the meeting. IMPORTANT NOTICE SECTION 11 - APPEALS PROCESS PLAYER INSURANCE 11.1 Any member who:

(i) has had their membership terminated by the Management Committee in accordance with Rule 3.4; or Players playing for Hammersmith & Fulham Rugby Football Club (ii) has been removed as a member of the Management Committee in accordance with Rule 4.4; are insured under the Rugby Football Union's "Accidental Death or and Disability Insurance Scheme". (iii) has been removed as a Team Captain or from any other position within the Club in accordance with Rule 4.4; or The Scheme ONLY covers death and permanent disability (iv) has been removed as a member of the Company in accordance with Rule 12.3; or “following injury by accidental means” whilst playing or training; it (v) has been subject to any other disciplinary action by the Club in accordance with Rule 10. DOES NOT cover death by natural causes, temporary disability or shall have the right to appeal provided that the member (or in the case of a member of the Youth Section by a parent or guardian) does so in writing (by email or post) to the Chairman of the loss of earnings. One of the appeal panel shall be appointed as chairman of the panel by the Chairman of the Management Committee. PLEASE NOTE 11.3 The appeal must be heard and the decision communicated to the Member (or in the case of a member of the Youth Section to a parent or guardian) within 28 days of the appeal being received. THE CLUB DOES NOT INSURE ITS MEMBERS

11.4 The decision of the appeal panel shall be final and binding.
