Check in with the receptionist 3. Sign in via the Pingboard iPad and review the Visitor Safety/Non-Disclosure Agreement(NDA) 4. Wait in the lobby until an authorized Bishop-Wisecarver employee escorts you into theoffice/plant 5. Wear a badge while on the premises If you are a U.S. PERSON, you will be asked to sign in using the Pingboard iPad and wear a white name badge printed from the connected printer. Pingboard will then notify the employee by mobile text and/or email that he/she has a visitor waiting in the lobby. If you are a NON U.S. PERSON, you will be asked to sign in using the hard-copy register, sign the visitor NDA and wear a badge given by the receptionist on duty. Bishop-Wisecarver is registered with the US Department of State as an ITAR compliant manufacturer. Women’s restroom is located in the hallway that connects the Manufacturing Floor original building with the new building, near assembly. *Please Note: If your visit includes a tour of the manufacturing floor, please be sure to wear or bring closed toe shoes. You will not be able to participate in the tour if you are wearing open toe shoes. You will be given a pair of safety glasses to wear at the beginning of the tour. Please stay inside the designated walkways (the yellow lines) as you tour the plant (unless directed otherwise by your tour guide). The walkways are designated “safety zones” to protect you from the heavy machinery and metal debris. Photography Picture taking inside the Bishop-Wisecarver office building is allowed. However, if you want to take pictures of the manufacturing floor, you will need permission from a Bishop-Wisecarver employee to do so.
