Phoebe is co-founder of The 40 Miles to Macon Daniel Espeut Cross Stitch Project, a media production program for teen girls in Kolkata and Atlanta, and awarding winning Producer/Director of short documentaries. She received an MFA in Digital Filmmaking Arts from Georgia State University. Phoebe became a member of the Producers Guild of America in 2015.
