Awards and Special Achievements: 11.1 2017 – Initiated the Project called “Revival of Lost Culture” particularly “Mask Dance at my home town Norbugang under Nganglam Dungkhag” has been fully achieved under the sole initiative of mine. The project was successful with the financial help from all walks of life seeking donations from a well wishers. The project cost was Eight Lakhs and acheieved without fail. 11.2 2014 – Received special Recommendation Letter from 70th Je Khenpo of Bhutan Trulku Jigme Choedra for my book titled “A Sacred Site of Guru Rinpochoe” 7th July, 2014 11.32013 - After joining Paro College of Education I have initiated Longchen Nyingthik Dharma Group where hundreds of trainees received monthly teaching from Guru Khyentse Ozer Rinpoche all related to wholesome education 11.4 2012 - Had initiated in constructing 27 feet long and 5square meter wide stupa in Sangbaykha Primary School, Haa District in 2012 11.52011 - Had come up with building of two units’ academic block in Rangtse Primary School in 2011 11.62011 - Initiated and constructed prayer wheel (Mani Dungkhor) for the welfare of School and Community as a whole 11.7 2010 - Awarded Best Teaching Practice (TP) Candidate in 2010 from Paro College of Education. 11.8 2009 - Got the Certificate of Appreciation for the Valuable Service as a volunteer at the Regional Conference on “Deepening and Sustaining Democracy in Asia” held at Paro from 12-14 October 2009, organized by the Center for Bhutan Studies. 11.9 2009 – Received Certificate of Merit from Infosys for participating BPO Skills Training Program held at Infosys, Mysore between the 6th of July and 5th August, 2009 11.10 2008 - Awarded Best Student in 2008 from Institute of Language and Culture Studies Semtokha, Thimphu. 11.112007 - Under the Coordination and supervision of mine I had adopted Village Welfare Committee in my Village which the project is very successful running 12.
