Decision

On 14th September 2017 Stockport Metropolitan Council determined an application from High Lane Village Forum which sought to establish the High Lane Village Neighbourhood Area under the provisions of the Localism Act 2011 and in accordance with the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 as amended by the Neighbourhood Planning (General) (Amendment) Regulations 2015. Notice is hereby given that Stockport Council, pursuant to a decision made on 14th September 2017 by the full council, has designated the Neighbourhood Area as applied for by High Lane Village Neighbourhood Forum, as the High Lane Village Neighbourhood Area pursuant to section 61G of the and Planning Act 1990. The boundary of the designated area is shown on the attached map. Further information regarding the applications, the consultation undertaken on them and the factual and policy considerations which were of relevance to their determination is available in the report to the Council which sought their decision:
