♦ Ask a grownup to help you cut a piece of string about 8 feet long. ✂ ♦ Ask a grownup to help you cut out the flags. ✂ ♦ Lay flags out in order shown below, light green edge up. ♦ Slip string under the light green edge of the flags and fold the edge back over the string. ♦ On the back side of each flag, use tape to secure the folded edges over the string. ♦ Hang up your banner and you’re ready to party!
