REVERSE POP-BY PIE PARTY

A STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE FROM THE DAILEY GROUP

EVENT TIME/DATE: Tuesday before Thanksgiving from 3-8pm

TIMELINE 4-6 WEEKS BEFORE PARTY: MORNING OF PARTY: • Determine location (office/home/restaurant/other) • Pick up pies if not previously done • Compose guest list • Separate pies based on type and label accordingly • Decide where to purchase pies and how much lead time is • Set up food and treats required (Costco and BJ’s offer great options) • Design email invitation (pingg.com or paperless post) DURING PARTY: • Have festive music playing in the background 3-4 WEEKS BEFORE PARTY: • Assign someone to write up name tags as soon as people • Send out invitations asking guests to RSVP with preferred walk in the door pie choice (pumpkin, apple, sweet potato, etc.) • Assign a photographer to take pictures of you and your clients 2 WEEKS BEFORE PARTY: • Half way through the event, text clients who have not yet • Call and text those who haven’t yet replied as a reminder come as a reminder

1 WEEK BEFORE PARTY: DAY AFTER PARTY: • Text/call and email the “Yes” clients a reminder about pick • Deliver pies to A+ clients who were unable to pick up due to up time, date and location traffic, etc. • Print stickers to attach to the pies with your branding and • Call those who were unable to pick up and offer to keep the personal Thanksgiving message pie for them to come pick up at office • Purchase name tags and sharpie markers • Post pictures to social media and tag your clients
