RICHFIELD, OH, October 26, 2010 – OEConnection LLC, the prem iere parts and service exchange in the autom otive industry, announced an agreem ent today with Daim ler Trucks North Am erica LLC (DTNA), the largest heavy-duty truck m anufacturer in North Am erica, to provide online supply chain and networking solutions for its U.S. and Canada dealerships. Using OEConnection’s D2DLink web-based technology, over 600 DTNA dealer locations will have a single source for locating and purchasing OE parts for DTNA’s com m ercial vehicle and engine brands, which include: Freightliner Trucks, Freightliner Custom Chassis, Thom as Built Buses, W estern Star Trucks, Sterling Trucks, and Detroit Diesel Corporation. In addition, the D2DLink network solution will encom pass Alliance Parts, DTNA’s private label brand of truck parts, accessories, and com ponents.

Upon im plem entation of OEConnection solutions, DTNA dealers will have access to online parts sourcing and excess inventory reduction tools to create a parts supply network and shorten part cycle-tim es. By enabling the DTNA dealer network parts inventories to be leveraged to find needed parts, OEConnection solutions will help ensure DTNA vehicles are repaired and back on the road faster.
