SHORT NOTICE INVITING TENDERES/ QUOTATIONS.
The Tehsil Municipal Administration Lachi District Kohat with the collaboration of Provincial Government, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed quotations for purchase of the following machinery along with equipments /items for procurement of Sanitation Vehicles and equipment under ADP schemes No. 1183/180539 (2019-20) from those registered manufacturing companies/Firms/authorized dealers of the registered manufacturing companies/Firms on the following terms and conditions:-
S# NAME OF MACHINERY/VEHICLES. Quantity 1. 3-wheel Rickshaw, steel ladder frame structure. 1 Driver seat in center, 4-stroke, petrol, water cooled, minimum 200cc, Manual with one reverse gear and with hydraulic super structure 1 cubic meter having mild steel fabrication with minimum 300 kg loading capacity 2. Supply and installation of complete with hydraulic super structure 1.15 cubic meter 1 having 2.2 mm MS sheet with additional strength without increasing the weight of body, minimum 400 kg loading capacity on chassis Suzuki Ravi Pickup Euro-II, 800 cc OR Equivalent. 3. Tractor Messy Ferguson Model MF375, year 2018, Engine Power 75 HP with Trolley of 1 steel body with hydraulic system, 4 Wheels with new General or equivalent tyres size 900-20. Trolley size =11X6.5x2.5 OR Equivalent TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
1. All quotations should accompany 2% earnest money in shape of call deposit in the name of TMO TMA Lachi. 2. All Tenders/quotations should accompany NTN, Tax Payer certifications and Tenders/quotations received without NTN/Tax payer certification will be rejected. 3. The Tenders/quotations of only registered manufacturing companies/authorized dealers of registered manufacturing companies will be accepted. 4. The purchase committee will authorize to select the machinery for purchase on the basis of approved specifications of the Provincial Government. 5. Below specification/non guaranteed quotations should be rejected. 6. The call deposits of successful firm will remain in the custody of TMA Lachi till completion of successful functional guarantee/warranty period of machinery. 7. The competent forum has the authority to accept/reject the Tenders/quotations showing cogent reasons for its acceptance/rejection. 8. The sealed Tenders/quotations must reach TMA Lachi on 29.3.2021 up to 12.00 P.M. through courier services and Tenders/quotation received after 12.00 P.M. OR by hand will not be entertained/ accepted.
