Implementation Status Overview On September 9, 2012, Bank management approved government's request for an extension of the closing date and subsequently established June 30, 2015 as the new credit closing Public Disclosure Copy date. The additional two years will give sufficient time to complete all dam safety improvement works and other project activities. Except for five dams that are at different stages of procurement works on 27 dams are either ongoing or have been completed. The contract for the development of 122 hydro-meteorological stations has now started.
