Optionally, you can also discover talents and buy/sell players. I will send out the teams your soon. The deadline for issue 6 is Friday May 25, at 21:30 CET. Refer to GM's ramble, section 14, for luck statistics and further comments. 2. Broadcast messages Ian Moes, Saturday Morning FC: «The board of SMFC takes issue with the recent statements from the Supporters Club. The suggestion that we will only spend money on fancy foreign names is completely incorrect. Why only last week we signed an overrated, over-the-hill English player just like the supporters want. Mike the Knight would even rival England's Brave John Terry for pure Englishness. As for criticism of the lack of spending on The Park, well Mr Stone should check his facts. Just this summer we carried out a state-of-the-art renovation of the Chairman's Lounge, that now provides a level of service and luxury that is as good as any in the League System. Having said all this, it is clear that Mr Stone is just having a bit of a joke - made clear by his ridiculous request for Bovril. Ha ha h ha. Next the supporters will be demanding crazy things like wins. Ha ha ha ha ha.» 3. Apprentices discovered None. 4. League results Rosedale Premiership Match day 7 ================================= Enga - Erkrath Gladiators 2 : 4 Scorers: Amin Nouri (52.), Juan Fuenmayor (85.) ***Daniel (13., 30., 77.), Raffael (38.) A match between two clubs both desperately needing points to escape the relegation zone. As it turned out, the game was pretty even, but with the visitors slightly ahead - and they also managed to win the game. That's three away wins for Erkrath, but not yet any points at home! Fjortoft's Friends - Botanica 1 : 0 Scorers: Fantastic Fanis (25.) ***--- Fjortoft's Friends had a clear upper hand in this game and deserved the two points. Serial Killers - Currents of Space 0 : 4 Scorers: --- ***Adzel (23., 80.), Niklas van Rijn (31.), Hindmost (48.) Booked: --- ***Jermaine Beckford, Jim diGriz Currents of Space fought for this one and got about a goal's worth of an upper hand. With great efficiency, they won by four, thus breaking Serial Killers' perfect home record with impressive style. Formula 1 Legends - Magical World 2 : 0 Scorers: Ralf Schuhmacher (42., 48.) ***--- Magical World were the stronger team in this match, but Formula 1 Legends were luckier and won by two. Feyenoord - Ubermenschen 2 : 0 Scorers: Adriaan Koonings (24.), Gerard van de Korput (20.) ***--- Penalties: - (1 missed) ***- Booked: Andre Hoekstra, Bertus Bul ***Marx A game closer than the scoreline indicates, but Feyenoord were indeed the better team. St. Helens - FC Asskickers 0 : 0 Booked: Thisseasonisveryhard, newinpremiership ***Sting St. Helens managed a slight upper hand against the table toppers, but couldn't score and thus a goalless draw resulted. Rosedale Premiership Match day 8 ================================= Erkrath Gladiators - St. Helens 4 : 2 Scorers: Coco (43., 47., 51.), Daniel (4.) ***Thisseasonisveryhard (74.), justforfun (19.) Penalties: - ***- (1 missed) Booked: Axel ***comeoneverybody A big win when Erkrath finally won at home, beating third placed St. Helens. With four new points this weekend, Erkrath climb right up there with the big boys. FC Asskickers - Feyenoord 2 : 0 Scorers: Shawn Michaels (82.) ***--- Penalties: 1 (1 missed) ***- Booked: Shawn Michaels, The Rock ***No Name 1 After eight league matches, FC Asskickers are still unbeaten. Are we looking at a back-to-back championship run? Ubermenschen - Formula 1 Legends 1 : 0 Scorers: Kafka (5.) ***--- An early goal from Kafka set the tone for this match, and little more happened. Magical World - Serial Killers 1 : 2 Scorers: Zhanai (1.) ***Kenneth Bianchi (60.), Ivan Milat (84.) Magical World were once again the stronger team, but somehow didn't win now either. A weekend of great skill, but horrible luck. Currents of Space - Fjortoft's Friends 10 : 0 Scorers: Jermaine Beckford (15., 52.), Angelina (8., 41.), Adzel (33., 61.), Speaker-to-animals (24., 48.), Teela Brown (39., 67.) ***--- Sent off: --- ***Alex (48.) Booked: --- ***Fantastic Fanis, Wild Webbi No problems at all for Currents of Space, especially not after Alex' red card. Botanica - Enga 3 : 1 Scorers: Salicacea (43., 81.) ***Mohamed Fellah (37.) Penalties: 1 (1 missed) ***- Booked: --- ***Haavard Nielsen, Juan Fuenmayor, Mohamed Sayyed Tantawi Enga fought hard enough to get a tiny upper hand here, but Botanica were more efficient and won out anyway. The Championship Match day 7 ============================= Night Owls - Kremlin 0 : 1 Scorers: --- ***Vaccination (40.) Night Owls' undefeated streak at home falls prey to Kremlin. Slartibartfast FC - Fantasy Finale 3 : 0 Scorers: Judiciary Pag (10., 40.), Grunthos the Flatulent (86.) ***--- Penalties: - ***- (1 missed) Sent off: Gag Halfrunt (14.) ***--- Booked: --- ***Frodo Fantasy Finale managed an upper hand in this game, especially after Gag Halfrunt was sent off, but it didn't show at all in the scoreline. Stars - Love Songs 0 : 2 Scorers: --- ***You raise me up (77.), Cry (71.) Booked: --- ***Mad World, Try Stars dominated this game completely - just except in the goals tally. Desassossego Blues - Dummys 8 : 1 Scorers: Alvaro de Campos (6 goal$s), Ricardo Reis (8., 40.) ***Siem (27.) Booked: --- ***Fred, Teun An even game, but the slightly better team won... by seven. ENPS - Call of Cthulhu 3 : 1 Scorers: Kees Bakker (7.) ***Northern Pygmy-Owl (7.) Penalties: 2 (1 missed) ***- Booked: --- ***He, Imprisoned with the Pharaohs, The Loved Dead, The Lurking Fear, The Strange House in the Mist The Championship is just full of strange results tonight, here too with Call of Cthulhu being significantly stronger, but losing - and both the goals from normal play were scored in the 7th minute. WrapUp - Chicken Run 0 : 0 The visitors were somewhat stronger, but given the slowness of this game, the goalless draw was perhaps the most reasonable match of this matchday in the Championship. The Championship Match day 8 ============================= Kremlin - WrapUp 0 : 0 Kremlin had somewhat of an upper hand here, but couldn't score and will have to make do with one point. Chicken Run - ENPS 1 : 0 Scorers: Lena (72.) ***--- Chicken Run sneaks one goal past ENPS, and it's enough to claim the win. Call of Cthulhu - Desassossego Blues 3 : 3 Scorers: The Silver Key (54., 87.), The Rats in the Walls (68.) ***Alvaro de Campos (1., 62.), Bernando Soares (47.) Booked: He ***--- Call of Cthulhu were a little stronger, but the Blues hung on well and only allowed the final equaliser three minutes before the end. Dummys - Stars 4 : 3 Scorers: Siem (20., 62.), Koos (84.) ***Pollux (16., 23.), Polaris (32.) Penalties: 1 ***- Booked: --- ***Mirfak, Ruppi Dummys were unbeaten at home, and still are despite Stars claiming a first half lead against them. Love Songs - Slartibartfast FC 0 : 0 Booked: Killing me softly ***Eccentrica Gallumbits, Mrs Kapelsen A slight upper hand to the home team, but the draw was fair enough. Fantasy Finale - Night Owls 3 : 0 Scorers: Kell (82.), Jagersmann (78.), Adolin (4.) ***--- Penalties: - ***- (1 missed) Table toppers Fantasy Finale claim a fairly comfortable win. Division 1 Match day 7 ======================= the Professors of Jazz - Dead Dino Storage 2 : 2 Scorers: Dizzy Gillespie (15., 29.) ***John Lees (41., 79.) Penalties: - (1 missed) ***- Booked: Bud Powell ***John Lees, Keith Emerson, Robert Fripp Professors of Jazz had somewhat of an upper hand here, but despite getting up by two during the first half hour, Dead Dino Storage managed to equalise and claim a point. Stadium Dreams - ForEverton 0 : 1 Scorers: --- ***Shane Duffy (90.) Booked: --- ***Jack Rodwell, Marouane Fellaini, Sylvain Distin Wow! Stadium Dreams dominated this game throughout, but ForEverton fought their way from no chance at all to a slim chance, and Shane Duffy scored to claim both points for them in the very last minute. Valiant City - Dirigentia con Brio 2 : 3 Scorers: Blenda Blaster (55.), Spandy Sprinter (89.) ***V Aszkenazy (70., 80.), Stokowski (28.) A very strong performance from Dirigentia con Brio, winning away against Valiant City who hadn't dropped a single point at home before this. Tamriel Athletic - Ergodic Theorems 0 : 2 Scorers: --- ***Toeplitz (14., 71.) An even game, but Toeplitz was the only player on the field with goalscoring abilities tonight. Queen - Lake Tanganyika 0 : 1 Scorers: --- ***Melanchromis (29.) A slight upper hand for visiting Lake Tanganyika, which they successfully converted into a one goal win. Twin Peaks Owls - Madmartigan City 1 : 0 Scorers: The Giant (76.) ***--- Penalties: - (1 missed) ***- Sent off: --- ***Friends (1.) Booked: --- ***Rara The two runaway leaders of Division 1 faced off, and with Madmartigan's first minute red card, there was never any real competition for the points. Former champions Twin Peaks Owls look to be moving up! Division 1 Match day 8 ======================= Dead Dino Storage - Twin Peaks Owls 4 : 3 Scorers: John Lees (6., 27., 32., 72.) ***Bobby Briggs (70., 87.), Shelly Johnson (26.) Penalties: - ***- (1 missed) Booked: Agent of Mercy ***--- Twin Peaks Owls had a solid upper hand in this game, but it didn't show in the goals tally. Their gap at the top of the table just opened, and now Madmartigan City has the opportunity to close it immediately.

Broadcast messages Ian Moes, Saturday Morning FC: «The board of SMFC concurs with the findings of the independent survey referenced by Mr Tucker, it is indeed likely that the east stand will fall down. Fortunately, with our lack of involvement in the Cup means less match days, so the odds of such an 'occurrence' resulting in a loss of life are only 1 in 14 - and that does not even take into account the propensity for our supporters to leave early. We believe by encouraging continued poor showings from the team, supporters will be further discouraged from staying on til the fulltime whistle, further decreasing the likelihood of any "catastrophe".

  • AMANBAGH Excursions Feb 2019
AMANBAGH Excursions Bhangarh Twelve kilometres from Amanbagh, the wonderful, intriguing ruined city of Bhangarh is a medieval site of great archaeological – and folkloric – importance, its splendid ruins widely believed to be haunted. Built in the late 1500s by Jaipur royal Diwan Madho Singh – younger brother of Maharaja Man Singh, Akbar the Great's general – this now uninhabited city once teemed with magnificent bazaars, a palace, gardens, temples and bathing pools. Legend has it that, a generation after its completion, it was deserted overnight after being cursed by an evil court magician, Selu Sewra, who had unsuccessfully attempted to seduce Bhangarh’s virtuous and beautiful queen. Today Bhangarh is a National Heritage Site and though it is often hailed as one of India's top-ten sites, very few tourists manage to include it in their itinerary. Mornings and late afternoons are a perfect time to visit this deserted city – an amazing setting for photography, meditation and yoga. We can organise visits to Bhangarh, either to tour the ruins or to practise yoga on one of the temple platforms at dawn with a vegetarian breakfast. Transport is via car or jeep; alternatively, you could combine trekking with Bhangarh as your final destination. It is also a favourite winter location for lunchtime picnics. Ajabgarh village, fort, temple and mosque Ajabgarh’s finest attractions are its fort and its old temple. Dedicated to Shri Raghunathji, the temple was built in 1635, and features a 24-pillar open courtyard and a marble façade. This temple once housed idols of Lord Rama and Goddess Sita, bejewelled with precious stones that fell victim to thieves some time ago.
