Welcome

The completion of the new Curragh last year a very exciting chapter in the long and illustrious history of the racecourse. The spectacular redevelopment ensures that one of the world’s most iconic racecourse offers magnificent facilities on a par with the best anywhere in the world.

Additional improvements have been made to the facilities over the months which aim to enhance the race day experience.

20 race days will take place this season from March to October this year featuring a variety of upgrades to the race programme including significant increases in prize money thanks to the support and commitment of our race sponsors. This ensures we offer record prize money across a broad range of races to ensure our race days feature the highest quality and most competitive races throughout the season.

The Curragh Training Grounds have recently enjoyed a major upgrade with thanks to Eva Maria Bucher Haefner, which significantly enhances the training facilities with the ambition to attract more trainers to use the world class network of gallops and more owners to consider the Curragh as their place of choice to base their in training.

We very much look forward to welcoming you to the Curragh where a warm welcome awaits you Photo credits to David Betts.
