The River Seine The River Seine runs through the city of Paris in France. The River Seine is 483 miles long in total. The River Seine has lots of bridges going across it. Notre Dame The Notre Dame is a cathedral that is around 800 years old. Sadly, the church’s spire was destroyed in a fire in April 2019 but it is being rebuilt. Couples come to this bridge, buy a padlock, lock it onto the bridge and then throw the key into the river!
