Show Guide 2018.Pdf According to Chinese historical records, the trade relations between China and Ethiopia could be traced back to the Chinese Han Dynasty and Ethiopian Axum Empire in about 100 BC. It has been nearly half a century since China established diplomatic relations with Ethiopia in November 1970. In the meantime, the economic and trade relations between the two sides have made great progress and development. At present, bilateral economic and trade relations are not limited to simple trade. Many Chinese companies have already invested in Ethiopia to contribute to the local economic and social development. Sponsored by CCPIT, China-Ethiopia Industrial Capacity Cooperation Exposition is the third expo held in Africa. The first China-Africa Industrial Capacity Cooperation Exposition was successfully held in Nairobi Kenya on December 13-16, 2017. The expo covered an area of 3000 square meters and a total of 60 Chinese enterprises participated in the exhibition. H.E. Li Xuhang, Charge d'affaires, Minister Counselor, Embassy of China in Kenya, Mr. Adan Mohamed, Cabinet Secretary, Ministry of Industry, Trade & Cooperatives and other representatives of governments and private sectors attended the opening ceremony. The Industrial Capacity Cooperation Exposition is a platform for governments and business and trade circles between China and Kenya to work hand in hand, promote trade and investment to achieve mutual benefits. The expo showcases many products and economic development concepts in various ways, thus promoting China’s investment to Africa and cooperation between Chinese and Kenyan companies. It is highly valued and widely welcomed by all parties. In September 2018, the Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation was held in Beijing. Chinese President Xi Jinping announced that China will launch “Eight Major Initiatives” together with Africa, draw a blueprint for the development of China-Africa relations in the new era, and open a grand chapter in China-Africa cooperation in the new era. In order to further promote the implementation of the new measures of the Beijing Summit and build a platform for economic and trade cooperation between China and Africa, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, China Africa Development Fund and Ethiopia Chamber of Commerce and Sectoral Associatons will hold “China-Ethiopia Industrial Capacity Cooperation Exposition”. In 2018, the exposition has 81 enterprises from 13 provinces and cities of China, covering the industries of nuclear power technology, engineering machinery, mining equipment, energy equipment, agricultural processing product and equipment, ICT equipment and components, automobiles, etc. During the expo, both China and Ethiopia will fully exchange information and realize match-making of industrial capacity cooperation projects through match-making meetings, PIGA and other concurrent events. The host of the China-Ethiopia Industrial Capacity Cooperation Exposition fully demonstrates that the partnership between China and Ethiopia is moving towards a deeper and higher level. We believe that with the deepening construction of the “Belt and Road” Initiative, pragmatic cooperation between China and Ethiopia will forcefully promote Ethiopia‘s economic and social development and inject strong momentum into the implementation of Ethiopia’s second Growth and Transformation Plan (GTP-II). Academic Editor: Hossein Azadi Received: 9 January 2017; Accepted: 4 February 2017; Published: 20 February 2017 Abstract: There has been little scholarly research on Chinese agriculture’s geographic pattern of agglomeration and its evolutionary mechanisms, which are essential to sustainable development in China. By calculating the barycenter coordinates, the Gini coefficient, spatial autocorrelation and specialization indices for 11 crops during 1981–2012, we analyze the evolutionary pattern and mechanisms of agricultural agglomeration. We argue that the degree of spatial concentration of Chinese planting has been gradually increasing and that regional specialization and diversification have progressively been strengthened. Furthermore, Chinese crop production is moving from the eastern provinces to the central and western provinces. This is in contrast to Chinese manufacturing growth which has continued to be concentrated in the coastal and southeastern regions.

However, most current studies focus on the formation of specialized agricultural villages (SAVs), while the interpretation of DSAVs from the perspective of the geographical factors is still missing. In this study, we firstly employed the kernel density estimation to analyze the spatial pattern of DSAVs and then utilized the Geographic Detectors to explore which geographical factor(s) affected the SAVs of Henan, China in the formation (in 2010), steady (2011–2014), and rapid development (2015–2019) period of SAVs. The DSAVs were measured by gross product (GP), the employment rate Citation: Niu, N.; Li, X.; Li, L. (ER), and farmers’ income (FI) of SAVs. Eleven indicators described the geographic factors in five Exploring the Spatio-Temporal categories: terrains, resources, locations, markets, and economy.

With the rapid transition from an agricultural society to an industrialized society, both economic and social factors could influence the choice of land lease agreement. This paper investigates the choice behavior of land lease agreement based on the household data collected from the largest wheat-producing province in China, Henan province. The results provide strong evidence that economic interest plays a key role in the choice of land lease agreement. Meanwhile, the paper has also found that social relations still affect the choice of land lease agreement. To speed up the transfer of land use rights and scale of operation, this study proposes: reducing the land dependence of rural households; improving agricultural machinery and achieving farming mechanization; creating more non-farm work opportunities for rural laborers; promoting the citizenization of rural households; respecting farmers’ choice of contracts; and attaching importance to the role of social relations in farmland transfer.

However, the "victim" reappears recently, u-turning an old-time case that lays bare custody torture by police officers and sends public confidence on local authorities into a tailspin. In May, 1999, the two Zhaos, unrelated, broke into a hatchet fight at their hometown Zhecheng County in Shangqiu city. Zhao Zhenshang went missing after the incident. A year later, a headless body was found in a village well and Zhao Zuohai was arrested, accused of murdering the missing Zhao, according to local daily Dahe Newspaper. Soon afterwards the arrested Zhao confessed to the crime and was given, at first, a death penalty with a two-year execution suspension. The sentence has been twice made lighter, to 29-year imprisonment. Ten years later, on May 2nd, the "victim" Zhao made a sudden reappearance. According to his recounting, rather than being killed, he simply fled the hatchet fight scene because he feared he might have killed the other Zhao, now imprisoned, in the frenzied hacking. After a ten-year departure, Zhao Zhenshang, now mild hemiplegic, has returned to seek welfare support.
