This initiative stems from the pillars of the Qatar 2030 strategy. Initiative is based as well on the elements of local and international human rights organizations that are concerned with providing a decent life for laborers. It is considered as a qualitative initiative that contributes to the creation of the labor community that is ready for the World Cup 2022. The program is supported by industrial companies in the North: Qatar Petroleum, Qatar Gas, Dolphin Energy, Pearl GTL, Oryx GTL, Alkhaleej Gas.
