In response to the rapidly evolving Covid-19 situation, we will be making some significant changes to the way our service is run, in order to continue to provide safe and effective care in the community.

As of 14th April 2020, ALL OUR COMMUNITY NURSING STAFF will be based in one of 8 Community Nursing Teams across the City. Patients will be managed & cared for by the team that covers the area of the city that they live in. (SEE BELOW)

You will have a fairly good idea of which team is likely to be covering your Care Home or client but if you have any queries then you can access the team details by contacting the central referral point during hours
