To get detailed information about your healthcare coverage, please see your Evidence of Coverage. You can find a list of in-network vision providers online at BrightHealthPlan.com/Medicare. As a Bright Health Medicare Advantage plan member, you may go to any of the network providers listed in this directory. To make an appointment, just call your chosen in-network provider’s office and let them know you’re a member of Bright Health. Keep in mind, if you choose to get care outside of the plan’s network, you will pay for the full cost of the service. If you obtain routine care from out-of-network providers, neither Medicare, VSP Vision Care nor Bright Health will be responsible for the costs. If you have a medical emergency, get help as quickly as possible. Call 911 for help or go to the nearest emergency room or hospital.
