COVID-19 Response – Updated 6/3/20 on June 4Th, Von Maur Will Have 100% of Our Stores Open in the Communities That We Serve
COVID-19 Response – Updated 6/3/20 On June 4th, Von Maur will have 100% of our stores open in the communities that we serve. I am grateful for the response we have received from customers and appreciate your ongoing support of Von Maur. Together, we are upholding the practices that we know will help to ensure the safety of everyone in our communities. Just as we had to weigh the decision to open, individuals have to weigh their personal decision to visit our stores. Your patience has been instrumental as we adapt to our changed shopping environment. Social distancing, limited occupancy and hours, and altered high touch services like makeovers and lingerie fittings have all contributed to the safety measures taken for both employees and customers. I’m sure in the coming months, more changes will be made to support the new way we must do business. However, our commitment to customer service will remain steadfast. No matter how long before you feel comfortable to shop with Von Maur again, be confident in knowing that we will be right here, in your community, waiting to greet you with a smile. Warm Regards, Jim von Maur Updated List of Store Openings: State City Location Opening Date Returns Accepted Alabama Hoover Riverchase Galleria Friday, 5/1/20 Monday, 6/1/20 Georgia Alpharetta North Point Mall Friday, 5/1/20 Monday, 6/1/20 Atlanta Perimeter Mall Friday, 5/1/20 Monday, 6/1/20 Buford Mall of Georgia Friday, 5/1/20 Monday, 6/1/20 Illinois Forsyth Hickory Point Mall Friday, 5/29/20 Monday, 6/8/20 Glenview The Glen Town Center Friday, 5/29/20 Monday, 6/8/20 Lombard Yorktown Center Friday, 5/29/20 Monday, 6/8/20 Moline SouthPark Mall Friday, 5/29/20 Monday, 6/8/20 Normal The Shoppes at College Hills Friday, 5/29/20 Monday, 6/8/20 Orland Park Orland Square Friday, 5/29/20 Monday, 6/8/20 St. -

Macy’s Midwest Conversion to Federated Systems January 16, 2007 See most recent change below Dear Vendor, We are entering the final phase of the integration of Federated-May. Macy’s Midwest (MMW), formerly Famous Barr, will convert to Federated systems on February 4, 2007. The conversion includes EDI and the obligation to comply with the Federated Vendor Standards manual, which is available at www.fdsnet.com. Also, as part of this conversion, 22 locations formerly included in Macy’s South (MSO) will move to MMW and MMW has one location realigning to MSO. University Town Center at Glen Carbon
WELCOME University Town Center (“UTC”) is envisioned to be: “A regional mixed-use destination retail and life-style project. The University Town Center project is a 900+ acre destination mixed-use retail and entertainment project that will have a substantial impact on the St. Louis Metropolitan area and beyond. It will be located in Glen Carbon, Madison County, Illinois, at the intersection of I-270 and Route 157 & I-255 and Route 162 – less than two (2) miles from Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville, 4.5 miles from Southwestern Illinois College, “The Sam Wolf Granite City Campus”, and 21 miles from Lewis and Clark Community College. Economic Impact According to an analysis from PGAV Urban Consulting, in the first year of operation, UTC is expected to generate nearly half a million dollars ($496,000) in state income taxes and more than $3.2 million by Year 10. Property taxes at full operation are expected to be $16 million and escalate yearly thereafter. Taxes from Building materials is estimated at $34 million. The project is expected to generate a total of $15.5 million in state income taxes during the construction phases. All phases combined would account for a total economic construction impact (direct, indirect and induced) of over $1.5 billion and increase local income by $569 million. (Department of Economics and Finance School of Business Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville) The project is estimated to create 10,000 construction jobs and 3,100 full-time equivalent jobs. Local schools will substantially benefit from this project. Once the development is complete, the local schools are projected to receive more than $9,500,000 a year through Property Taxes.
