Each student will collect their equipment and have a teacher sign the rental waiver on their behalf before leaving the shop.

Important Information 1. All groups must provide a letter from the School Administration stating that the trip is school sanctioned. 2. The quoted rates are strictly valid only for groups staying off mountain. 3. Group rates are based on a minimum of 20 ppl (or 16 from the local area) with a minimum of 20 lift tickets purchased (Minimum of 16 for guests from the local area). No complimentary tickets available with any package. 4. One adult chaperone per twelve students is required. 5. Rates are not valid December 27, 2018 to January 2, 2019 inclusive. 6. All lessons are mandatory for students to ensure a safe, educational & memorable day. Lesson times are strictly 9:45am or 10:00am Monday to Friday depending on age of students. 7. Please ensure your bus arrives at the Happy Valley Parking lot no later than 8:45AM, this allows a minimum 45 minute window to make your way from Happy Valley up to the Village Centre and collect rentals before lessons. If the arrival time is not feasible, please contact the Groups Team to discuss alternatives. 8. Lost Lift Tickets: each lift ticket has a unique number starting with WTP. This number must be recorded and presented to the Groups Department to receive a replacement ticket. Other tickets/vouchers have a tear off stub. Once a replacement ticket has been issued, the lost ticket will be cancelled and made invalid for further use. 9. 20 or more meals must be purchased to qualify for group meal deal. If meals are purchased we will require the final order 7 days prior to arrival. All food & beverage is non-refundable within 3 days of the groups arrival. 10. This package has been designed for one off school bookings. For regular lessons please contact Ski School for more information on our After School Program. Additional Day Group Booking Stipulations ** All notifications of cancellation must be sent directly to Big White Central Reservations Groups Department in writing by email or fax ** A group leader is required to act as liaison between Big White Central Reservations Groups Department & the group. Details of a group booking will not be discussed with individual guests that are part of the booking – all correspondence must be directed through the group leader.
