Services and Music List January 2019 WELCOME The Christmas season continues throughout January with the feasts of the Epiphany (6 January) and the Baptism of Christ (13 January), together with the Epiphany Carol Service on Saturday 12 January. It is as if, after the extraordinary gift of God of himself, the world seeks to make sense of the meaning of that gift; of the light shining in darkness. At Wells, the Choir assists us in grasping heaven’s heel in our worship, in bringing ‘The Great God of heaven’ down to the earth he came to save. We hope very much that you will join us when you can. The Reverend Canon Nicholas Jepson-Biddle, Precentor Communicant members of other churches in good standing are welcome to receive the Sacrament in this church if they so desire.
