    Tak Terganggu Pandemi, Tim Bulu Tangkis Indonesia Siap Tanding di Olimpiade Tokyo Realitarakyat.com – PP PBSI memastikan tim bulu tangkis Indonesia dalam keadaan sehat dan siap berangkat ke Prefektur Kumamoto, Jepang, untuk menjalani pemusatan latihan sebelum turun bertanding dalam Olimpiade Tokyo. Kepala Bidang Pembinaan dan Prestasi PP PBSI Rionny Mainaky memastikan 11 atlet bulu tangkis Indonesia siap bertanding dalam Olimpiade Tokyo yang dimulai 23 Juli mendatang. “Untuk persiapan, saya lihat semua pemain dan pelatih dalam keadaan baik dan fokus. Walaupun dengan keadaan sulit seperti ini, mereka tidak terganggu,” kata Rionny, dalam laman resmi PBSI, Selasa (6/7/2021). “Kondisi semua juga sehat dan saya pastikan semua pemain siap bertanding. Saya juga pastikan Indonesia mengirim tim terbaik yang ada saat ini,” sambung dia. Tim bulu tangkis Indonesia sudah menjalani serangkaian tes kesehatan, termasuk tes PCR berkala, selama empat hari berturut-turut sejak Minggu (4/7) hingga Rabu besok. “Kami sudah jalani dua kali tes PCR, dari Minggu dan Senin kemarin, Puji Tuhan hasilnya bagus. Hari Selasa ini (6/7) dan besok Rabu kami tes PCR kembali untuk pemenuhan syarat-syarat administratif,” ungkap Rionny. PBSI dalam pengumumannya juga merilis 25 nama yang terdiri dari pemain, pelatih, dan ofisial yang akan berangkat ke Jepang. Namun dari 25 nama ini tidak ada nama pelatih kepala ganda campuran, Richard Mainaky. Sebagai gantinya, PBSI akan mengirimkan asisten pelatih Nova Widianto untuk mengawal Praveen Jordan/Melati Daeva Oktavianti selama Olimpiade Tokyo. Tim Indonesia dijadwalkan bertolak ke Prefektur Kumamoto Kamis lusa pukul 23.15 WIB menggunakan maskapai Japan Airlines dengan nomor penerbangan JL5012 melalui Bandara Internasional Soekarno-Hatta, Tangerang, Banten.

    2006 ANNUAL REPORT Annual Report 2006 BADMINTON OCEANIA Office Bearers 2006 Presidents Report Executive It seems only yesterday that we met during Robin Bryant (Aus) ~ President the hugely successful Thomas Uber Cup/ Nigel Skelt (NZ) ~ Vice President Oceania Championship in Auckland in 2006. Geraldine Brown (Aus) Our guest then, Paisan Rangsikitipho Chair Warren Yee (Fiji) of the BWF event Committee carried back Fabien Kaddour (New Caledonia) into the BWF messages of Oceania on the Alan McKenzie (New Zealand) move, good teamwork, growth, development and excellent competition. Office Staff The year has been a very active one in which we have sought to consolidate the Secretary General structure of the new organisation and Corinne Barnard promote the development concept of the sport in the minds of our key partners, BWF Development Officer and the Oceania National Olympic Lynne Scutt Committee. Bookkeeper Key priorities have been Donna Millington • Building the networks in the region with non members Delegates • Providing Equipment based on grants from BWF Badminton World Federation • Securing our financial base with Robin Bryant BWF • Protecting our Events structure • Ensuring that Samoa gets the support it needs for the SPG • Creating the environment within BWF that allows the French Territories to become BWF Members/Associate Members • Ensuring the key Committees are able to work • Establishing the Office as a viable Life Members and visible operation.
