Sealed quotations are invited from the vendors engaged in catering services including supply and service of food items from 11.11.2019 evening to 14.11.2019 afternoon in connection to forthcoming 31st IGI Conference to be organised during 12.11.2019 to 14.11.2019, 2019 by the Department of Geography & Applied Geography, University of North Bengal.

Terms and conditions: 1. The vendors will have to submit self attested copies of GSTIN, PAN Card, Trade License and Food License along with the quotation form. 2. Vendors are requested to mention clearly about the cutleries, hygiene system and number of buffet counters. 3. Vendors will have to make proper arrangement of taking meals by the delegates by erecting a pandal , food counters, necessary chair and tables, lighting etc in the vacant space in front of the Department of Geography and Applied Geography. 4. Adequate number of packaged drinking water bottles to be supplied to the delegates. 5. Rates are to be submitted on per plate/per head basis. 6. The rate shall be inclusive of all taxes. 7. Quotation should be valid for the latest three months. 8. The university authority reserves the right to accept or reject / all quotations without assigning any reason and shall not be bound to accept the lowest quotation.

Last date for submission of quotation will be on or before 5.11.2019 till 4:00 p.m. to the Organizing Secretary , 31st IGI Conference, Department of Geography and Applied Geography, University of North Bengal. PIN-734013

Sealed quotation shall be opened on 6.11.2019 at 12 noon in the office of the Head, Department of Geography and Applied Geography, University of North Bengal in presence of all vendors who will submit the quotations.
