Vendors will have to make proper arrangement of taking meals by the delegates by erecting a pandal , food counters, necessary chair and tables, lighting etc in the vacant space in front of the Department of Geography and Applied Geography. 4. Adequate number of packaged drinking water bottles to be supplied to the delegates. 5. Rates are to be submitted on per plate/per head basis. 6. The rate shall be inclusive of all taxes. 7. Quotation should be valid for the latest three months. 8. The university authority reserves the right to accept or reject / all quotations without assigning any reason and shall not be bound to accept the lowest quotation. Last date for submission of quotation will be on or before 5.11.2019 till 4:00 p.m. to the Organizing Secretary , 31st IGI Conference, Department of Geography and Applied Geography, University of North Bengal. These IMPs are extensively used in the Government and Private Industrial Training Institutes and other Vocational Training Institutes to impart both Theory and Practical training and develop work- skills for the trainees and trainers. Introduction: This progress report is about the design and development of ‘eG_Roti’ a desktop electric flatbread automation system with potential of taking to market & entrepreneurship. Flatbread common name Roti or Chapati is almost made and consumed once a day by people of India and neighbouring countries. The product under development is expected to save time for users and empower them. Market already has some solutions for automatic roti makers but there exists a gap for its size , affordability, level of automation and ergonomics. Given a product to fill these gaps, it has quite a potential to become the next home appliance for a large number of common people.
