Sunday – Wednesday

November 9 – 12, 2014

Silverado Resort & Spa, Napa Valley,

Personal Invitation

Dear Visual EstiTrack™ and Visual Books™ Users:

This year marks our 18th Annual Visual EstiTrack™ and Visual Books™ Users Conference. We welcome you to join us in Napa Valley, CA at the beautiful . For everyone at Henning Software and many users throughout the country, the annual Visual EstiTrack™ and Visual Books™ Users Conference is a highlight annual event. Locations and accommodations are carefully selected with the intent to make sure everyone has a great time and enjoys the surroundings amidst several days of serious work.

Certainly, there are plenty of opportunities for golf, wine tasting, culinary excursions or other fun activities. And, if the opportunity presents itself, go ahead and take the opportunity to share another great idea about ERP software while taking a hike, playing tennis, or sinking that last putt.

However, we believe you will benefit most, as have many previous participants, from the numerous opportunities available to meet and speak with other owners and managers running companies similar to yours. You will learn firsthand how other companies are using Visual EstiTrack™ and Visual Books™ to improve their operations and competitiveness. In addition, you will be able to share directly with Henning Software management and programmers your ideas about how the software can be further improved and enhanced.

At this year’s conference, we will plan to focus more on training you on Visual EstiTrack’s more in-depth features after reviewing the enhancements we have made to our products over the last development year. And of course, you will have plenty of opportunity to provide us with your constructive ideas to help us improve all our products as we move you into the future. In addition, we will be providing you a “first look” at our new upcoming SQL- server/.NET version of Visual EstiTrack™ targeted for a the last quarter of 2015 release date.

So please join us this November in beautiful Napa Valley CA. With your help, we are sure to make this a memorable event.

Sincerely, Billie and Rich Henning
