Supporting strategies : 1. Apppoint a coaching and games development official at officer level to CLG Tobar Phadraig for a three year period. 2. Appoint a coaching and games development sub committee to augment and support the work of the coaching and games development officer. 3. This coaching officer to engage and collaborate with each management team to ensure that the highest standards of coaching are delivered to each team from underage level to senior in a consistent way.
