The aim and mission of the document is to give a full representation of the 1993 and 2005 child sexual abuse allegations against Michael Jackson. I felt it was much needed because there is still a lot of misinformation circulating about these cases and people often make judgments about them based on out of context cherry-picked half truths, incomplete information or even complete lies. Accordingly, the document consists of three main sections. The 1993 Allegations section, The 2005 Allegations section and a Frequently Asked Questions section that deals with questions that are not specifically in the realm of either the 1993 or the 2005 allegations but generally are related to the molestation allegations against Michael Jackson. (A separate PDF document about the posthumous Wade Robson allegations can be downloaded here.) If you truly want to understand these allegations you will have to invest a bit of time in reading. There is no real understanding of these cases in five minutes from media soundbites, out-of-context bits of information, inflammatory tabloid articles or Internet gossip, no matter how tempting it may be to jump to conclusions based on such. This document was created with the purpose of commentary, news reporting, education and research. It is not sold commercially, I do not have any income from it, I do not make any profit of it. My first language is not English, so please be lenient about grammatical or stylistic errors. Hopefully that will not spoil the content. September 1, 2018 Additional credit: Evan and Nathalie Chandler’s divorce documents, Evan Chandler’s Will, the motion by Lisa Marie Presley's lawyer in Evan Chandler's 1996 civil lawsuit against Michael Jackson, and Eric Mason's declaration in Michael Jackson's lawsuit against Victor Gutierrez, were obtained from court by https://turningthetableonthechandlerallegations.wordpress.com/. April 14, 2019 3 The Michael Jackson Allegations The 1993 Allegations 4 The Michael Jackson Allegations Key players Michael Jackson – The accused. Jordan Chandler – The accuser. Evan Chandler – The accuser’s father. June Chandler – The accuser’s mother. David Schwartz – June Chandler’s second husband. The accuser’s step-father. Ray Chandler – Evan Chandler’s younger brother. He published a book about the allegations in 2004, entitled All That Glitters: The Crime and the Cover-Up. Since the Chandlers never appeared in Court to testify about their allegations I use this book in this paper to represent the Chandlers’ story. Barry K. Rothman – Evan Chandler’s first attorney during the case. Larry Feldman – The civil attorney the Chandlers hired after Rothman stepped back from the case. (In fact, before hiring Feldman they shortly hired Gloria Allred, but they fired her again only after a couple of days.) Thomas Sneddon – Santa Barbara District Attorney. Gil Garcetti – Los Angeles District Attorney. Bertram Fields – Michael Jacksons first attorney during the case. Anthony Pellicano – A private investigator working for Bertram Fields. In 2002 in a case completely unrelated to Jackson Pellicano was jailed for illegal wiretaping and the possession of illegal weapons. This does not affect our arguments here with regards to the child molestation allegations against Michael Jackson, because most of the things I say about Pellicano or the events he was involved in are either taken from the Chandlers’ own accounts or are supported by evidence. Howard Weitzman - Attorney for Michael Jackson. Johnnie Cochran - Attorney for Michael Jackson. Victor Gutierrez – Freelance journalist. Michael Freeman – Attorney for June Chandler. 5 The Michael Jackson Allegations The Timeline On August 17, 1993 the Los Angeles police department opened an investigation against Michael Jackson based on an allegation that he had sexually molested a 13-year-old boy called Jordan Chandler. In this section of the paper I will discuss the Chandler case in- depth. I will first present a timeline which hopefully will make it easier to follow the events as they unfolded and to put them into a context. While you go along with the timeline you will find links to longer articles. These articles make up the chapters of our paper. You may opt to read the timeline first then go to the articles, like when you read a book, or you can click

The article examines the various laws, includ- ing copyright, sui generis, right of publicity and trademark, that may be employed to prevent the creation, duplication and exploitation of digital replicas of individuals as well as to prevent unauthorized alteration of ex- isting images of a person. With respect to totally imaginary digital hu- mans, the article addresses the issue of whether such virtual humans should be treated like real humans or simply as highly sophisticated forms of animated cartoon characters. • Leaving Neverland"
FACTS TO CONSIDER WHEN WATCHING "LEAVING NEVERLAND" After seeing Leaving Neverland, I thought Michael Jackson lucked out during his lifetime for not having been convicted of child sexual abuse. I wanted to know how he lucked out, so I started reading. Gradually, I came across one surprise after another. The following article is a result of those surprises. Two cases of child sexual abuse were brought against Michael Jackson during his lifetime (the 1993 Chandler case and the 2005 Arvizo case). These cases turned out to be not credible, to say the least. When asked about those who doubted the "not guilty" verdicts of the 2005 criminal trial, the jury replied, "They didn't see what we saw." (from a truly enlightening Huffington Post article by awarded investigative journalist Charles Thomson on the 2005 trial and media coverage – see below for more). Suddenly, in the years after Michael Jackson's death, two other cases of child sexual abuse are brought against the late Michael Jackson. Already these cases contain blatant and proven lies. The question is whether these cases are credible enough on other counts. They better be, because it is one thing to bring charges of child molestation against a living person that, among other things, contain proven false plots to secure monetary compensations; it is another thing to bring those horrible charges against someone who can no longer defend himself. The fact that the case of Robson/Safechuck is partly built on the previous two cases (including some of its "witnesses") is but one element that raises credibility issues.

In addition, any quotation or extract must include full attribution. I certify that the intellectual content of this thesis is the product of my own work and that all the assistance received in preparing this thesis and sources have been acknowledged. [90,959 words] Abstract This thesis examines the memoirs of contemporary, young, female celebrities with a particular focus on gender, agency in self-representation, and ghostwritten authorship. Although the thesis explores examples which range across fiction, photo-diary, comic-strip, and art anthology, as well as more ‘traditional’ autobiographical forms, it argues that a strong set of representational conventions is at play, prescribing particular constructions of female subjectivity. These memoirs exist within what this thesis terms a wider economics of access, in which young, female celebrities trade the appearance of access to their commoditised subjectivity and/or exposed bodies. This thesis investigates both the demands of the genre, and the potentially resistant strategies which may work to temper them. Yet even the most seemingly non-conforming examples evidence the weight of convention upon them and point to the limits of the representational possibilities for highly visible young women.

  • Michael Jackson Fiktion Vs. Fakten
Michael Jackson Fiktion vs. Fakten Die 7 übelsten Gerüchte unter die Lupe genommen “Lies run sprints, but the truth runs marathons.” Michael Jackson 1. (siehe https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jHJUbVF1Vsg und https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5qatgvKFkQo ) 1989 mit hellem Make-up bei den American Music Awards (links), daneben im selben Jahr beim Videodreh zu „Liberian Girl“ noch mit dunklerem Make-up “Maybe I look at the world through rose colored glasses but I love people all over the world.
