PERMANENT PROCESS FOR ALLOCATION OF AREAS ANNEX C - TERMS OF REFERENCE DELIMITATION AND CLASSIFICATION OF AREAS THAT ARE THE OBJECT OF MANIFESTATION OF INTEREST - THIRD CYCLE In accordance with that provided for in numeral 2.4 and Chapter Eight of the Terms of Reference of the Permanent Process for Allocation of Areas - PPAA, listed below are the Mautre and Emerging Areas offered in Cycles 1 and 2, which are elegible for Manifestations of Interest. It includes thirty nine (39) Areas, thirty four (34) of which are Continental and five (5) are Offshore, located in the sedimentary basins of Caguán-Putumayo, Catatumbo, Eastern Cordillera, Guajira Offshore, Llanos Orientales, Sinú -San Jacinto, Sinú Offshore, Lower Magdalena Valley and Middle Magdalena Valley. 1. AREA NAME, CLASSIFICATION, AND EXTENSION The Areas that are the object of the Manifestations of Interest listed below are classified as Mature and Emerging, in accordance with the parameters provided for in articles 8 and 9 of Agreement 2 of 2017. DESCRIPTION OF AREA LOCATION The areas listed in the previous numeral are located in the following basins: • The Caguán - Putumayo basin is the extension to the NE of the Oriente Basin in Ecuador. The Basin limits to the west with the Upper Magdalena Valley and towards the north with the Eastern LLanos of Colombia. Page 2 DE 16 The areas offered in the basin, classified as mature and emerging, are located in the departments of Caquetá, Cauca, Meta, Nariño and Putumayo. The CAG 7 area is located in the department of Caquetá in the municipalities of Montañita, El Paujil, Cartagena del Chairá, El Doncello, Puerto Rico and San Vicente del Caguán. The CAG 8 Area is located in the department of Caquetá, in the municipalities of Cartagena del Chairá, El Paujil, El Doncello, Montañita, Puerto Rico and San Vicente del Caguán. The PUT 20 area is located in the department of Cauca, in the municipality of Piamonte and in the department of Putumayo, in the municipality of Puerto Guzmán. The PUT 35 area is located in the department of Caquetá, in the municipality of Curillo y San José Del Fragua, in the department of Cauca, in the municipality of Piamonte. The PUT 37 area is located in the department of Nariño, in the municipality of Ipiales and in the department of Putumayo, in the municipalities of Orito, San Miguel and Valle del Guamuez. • The Catatumbo basin is the SW extension of the Maracaibo Basin. It limits to the south with the Eastern Cordillera Basin. The Area offered in the CAT 4 basin, classified as emerging, is located in the department of Norte de Santander, in the municipalities of Sardinata and Tibú. • The Eastern Cordillera basin limits to the east with the Eastern LLanos Basin and to the west with the Middle Magdalena Valley. Similarly, the SW limits with the Upper Valley Basin. The area offered in the basin - COR 67 -, classified as emerging, is located in the department of Huila, in the municipalities of Neiva and Tello. • The Guajira Offshore basin is located in the Caribbean Sea; it limits to the north and west with the abyssal plain of the Colombia basin, to the southwest with the Sinú Offshore basin, to the south with the coast of the La Guajira peninsula, and to the east with the international border. The areas offered in the basin that are classified as emerging are located in the Caribbean Sea, in the south central part of the basin. The GUA OFF 11 Area is located in front of the municipalities of Manaure and Riohacha in the department of La Guajira. Page 3 DE 16 The GUA OFF 12 Area is located in front of the municipalities of Dibulla and Riohacha in the department of La Guajira. Area GUA OFF 13 is located in front of the municipality of Dibulla of the department of La Guajira and the municipality of Santa Marta of the department of Magdalena. • The Eastern Llanos basin is located in eastern Colombia, limiting to the north with the international border (Venezuela), to the west with the Guaicáramo fault system, and to the east and south with the Guyana Shield. The areas offered in the basin, classified as mature and emerging, are located in the departments of Arauca, Boyacá, Casanare, Cundinamarca, Meta and Vichada. The LLA 89 area is located in the departments of Arauca, in the municipality of Cravo Norte, Casanare in the jurisdiction of the municipality of Paz de Ariporo and Hato Corozal and in the department of Vichada in the municipality of La Primavera. The LLA 90 area is located in the department of Casanare, in the municipality of Paz de Ariporo and Hato Corozal. The LLA 91 area is located geographically in the department of Casanare, in the jurisdiction of the municipality of Paz de Ariporo and in the department of Vichada, in the municipalities of La Primavera and Santa Rosalía. The LLA 92 area is located geographically in the department of Vichada, in the municipalities of Cumaribo, La Primavera and Santa Rosalía. The LLA 93 area is located in the department of Casanare, in the municipalities of San Luis de Palenque and Orocué. The LLA 96 area is located in the department of Casanare, in the municipalities of Yopal and San Luis de Palenque. The LLA 101 area is located in the Department of Casanare, in the municipality of Maní. The LLA 101 area is located in the department of Casanare, in the municipality of Maní. The LLA 109 area is located in the department of Arauca, in the municipality of Puerto Rondón and in the department of Casanare, in the municipality of Hato Corozal. Page 4 DE 16 The LLA 120 area is located in the Department of Casanare, in the municipality of Paz de Ariporo. The LLA 125 area, is located in the Department of Meta, in the municipality of Puerto Gaitán. • The Sinú Offshore basin is located in the Caribbean Sea; it limits to the northeast with the Guajira Offshore basin, to the north and west with the abyssal plain of the Colombia basin and to the south with the Sinú San Jacinto basin. The areas offered in the basin that are classified as emerging are located in the Caribbean Sea, in the northern part of the basin. The Sinú Off 9 Area is located off the coast of the municipalities of Cartagena de Indias and Santa Catalina, in the department of Bolívar, and the municipalities of Piojó and Juan de Acosta, in the department of Atlántico. The Sinú Off 11 area is located off the coast of the municipalities of Ciénaga, Puebloviejo, Santa Marta and Sitionuevo in the department of Magdalena. • The Sinú-San Jacinto basin borders to the east with the Lower Magdalena Valley basin and on the north with the offshore Sinu Basin. The areas offered in the basin, classified as emerging are located in the departments of Atlántico, Bolívar, Córdoba and Sucre. Area SN 16 is located in the department of Córdoba, in the municipalities of Chimá, Chinú, Ciénaga de Oro, Lorica, Momil, Purísima, Sahagún, San Andrés de Sotavento, San Antero and Tuchín, and in the department of Sucre, in the municipalities of Coveñas, Palmito, Sincelejo, Tolú and Toluviejo. The SN 17 area is located in the Department of Atlántico, in the municipalities of Luruaco, Manatí, Repelón and Sabanalarga, and in the department of Bolívar, in the municipalities of Cartagena de Indias, Clemencia, San Estanislao, Santa Catalina, Santa Rosa and Villanueva. The SN 21 area is located in the Department of Bolívar, in the municipalities of Arroyohondo, Calamar, El Carmen de Bolívar, El Guamo, Mahates, María la Baja, San Jacinto, San Juan Nepomuceno and Zambrano. Page 5 DE 16 • The Lower Magdalena Valley basin limits to the west with the Romeral Fault System; to the southeast with the Igneous and Metamorphic Complex of the Central Cordillera and Serranía de San Lucas, and to the east by the Santa Marta Bucaramanga fault. The areas offered in the basin, classified as emerging and mature, are located in the departments of Antioquia, Bolívar, Cesar, Córdoba, Magdalena and Sucre.
