Box 1105 Staunton, Virginia 24401 February 22, 1988 [ COMPILER OBSERVATIONS, Sep. 13, 2020: The Pilgrims Society is evidently worried about Eustace Mullins' (b. 1923-d. 2010+) 40-year dogged revelations of their ongoing conspiracies. The very first sentence of their 11-page Wikipedia hit piece labels Mr. Mullins slanderously as "antisemitic" "propagandist" "Holocaust denier" and "a one-man organization of hate" (The Southern Poverty Law Center - SPLC). SPLC is notoriously known to be a communist propaganda machine funded by Pilgrim George Soros and advised by Pilgrim Hillary Clinton's and Pilgrim Michael Obama’s former chief of staff, Tina Tchen, from the notorious Skadden Arps mob law syndicate. Given the 2020 research findings about the Pilgrims Society (IRS Form 990 reports, 2007-2008) -- that long-time advisers to The Rockefeller Foundation Henry A. Kissinger, Paul A. Volcker and Henry R. Luce (Time, Fortune) (all since the late 1940's), were/ are indeed members and officers in the British Pilgrims Society, not to mention Kissinger's KCMG British knighthood -- Mullins' words herein are prescient. (Remember Pilgrim Henry Luce's "Is God Dead" Time propaganda Apr. 8, 1966, Vol. 87, No. 14?) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eustace_Mullins The propaganda world of the Pilgrims Society uses language in moral opposites. Therefore, if they are slandering, they shout that truthtellers are the slanderers. This puts their enemies on the defensive having to swat at flies proving negatives (e.g., prove you don't beat your wife.) They label Mullins antisemitic when it is they who perpetrated the Holocaust. They label Mullins a propagandist when it is the Pilgrims who hijacked the global press in 1909 at the First Imperial Press Conference, 1909, whose records almost disappeared from history. They label Mullins a "hater" when it is the Pilgrims who fund hate organizations to attack Christians, Jews and other patriots (anybody with a moral compass governed by love of God and neighbor). The Wikipedia character slander is actually a badge of honor for Eustace Mullins. Perhaps the world can finally see his truths more clearly and heed his warnings. P.S. Mullins said consistently that he could not give out the name of the group that controlled the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) because he would be killed. In 2020, we can name the criminals who threatened Mullins. The Rockefeller Syndicate 310 4 Foreword The present work, the result of some forty years of investigative research, is a logical progression from my previous books: the expose of the international control of monetary issue and banking practices in the United States; a later work revealing the secret network of organizations through which these alien forces wield political power—the secret committees, foundations, and political parties through which their hidden plans are implemented; and now; to the most vital issue of all, the manner in which these depredations affect the daily lives and health of American citizens. Despite the great power of the hidden rulers, I found that only one group has the power to issue life or death sentences to any American—our nation's physicians. I discovered that these physicians, despite their great power, were themselves subjected to very strict controls over every aspect of their professional lives. These controls, surprisingly enough, were not wielded by any state or federal agency, although almost every other aspect of American life is now under the absolute control of the bureaucracy. The physicians have their own autocracy, a private trade association, the American Medical Association. This group, which is headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, had gradually built up its power until it assumed total control over medical schools and the accreditation of physicians. The trail of these manipulators led me straight to the same lairs of the international conspirators whom I had exposed in previous books. I knew that they had already looted America, reduced its military power to a dangerously low level, and imposed bureaucratic controls on every American. I now discovered that their conspiracies also directly affected the health of every American. This conspiracy has resulted in a documented decline in the health of our citizens. We now rank far down the list of civilized nations in infant mortality and other significant medical statistics. I was able to document the shocking record of these cold-blooded tycoons who not only plan and carry out famines, economic depressions, revolutions and wars, but who also find their greatest profits in their manipulations of our medical care. The cynicism and malice of these conspirators is something beyond the imagination of most Americans. They deliberately mulct our people of millions of dollars each year through "charitable" organizations and then use these same organizations as key groups to bolster their Medical Monopoly. Fear and intimidation are the basic techniques by which the conspirators maintain their control over all aspects of our health care, as they ruthlessly crush any competitor who challenges their profits. As in other aspects of their "behavioural control" over the American people, their most constantly used weapon against us is their employment of federal agents and federal agencies to carry out 5 their intrigues. The proof of this operation may be the most disturbing revelation of my work. Not only does the client wonder if he is getting what he is paying for, but in many instances, he is dismayed to find that he has actually gotten something he had not bargained for. An examination of the record shows that the actual methods of medical practice have not changed that much through the eons. The recently discovered Ebers papyrus shows that as early as 1600 B.C., more than nine hundred prescriptions were available to the physician, including opium as a pain-killing drug. As late as 1700, commonly used medications included cathartics such as senna, aloe, figs and castor oil. Intestinal worms were treated by aspidium roots (the male fern), pomegranate bark, or wormseed oil. In the East this was obtained from the flowers of santonin; in the Western Hemisphere it was pressed from the fruit and leaves of chenopodium. Analgesics or pain relievers were alcohol, hyoscyamus leaves, and opium. Hyoscyamus contains scopolamine, used to induce "twilight sleep'' in modern medicine. In the sixteenth century, Arabs used colchicum, a saffron derivative, for rheumatic pains and gout. Cinchona bark, the source of quinine, was used to treat malaria; chaulmoogra oil was used for leprosy, and ipecac for amoebic dysentery. Burned sponge at one time was used as a treatment for goiter; its content of iodine provided the cure. Midwives used ergot to contract the uterus. Some two hundred years ago, the era of modern medicine was ushered in by Sir Humphry Davy's discovery of the anaesthetic properties of nitrous oxide. Michael Faraday discovered ether, and Wilhelm Surtner isolated morphine from opium. Until the late nineteenth century, doctors practiced as free lance agents, which meant that they assumed all the risks of their decisions. The poor rarely encountered a doctor, as medical ministrations were generally confined to the rich and powerful. Curing a monarch could bring great rewards but failing to cure him could be a fatal mistake. Perhaps it was the awareness of the personal risks of this profession which gave rise to the plan for monopoly, to level out the risks and rewards among a chosen few. The attempts to build up this medical monopoly have now created a modern plague, while the resolve to maintain this monopoly has cost the public dearly in money and suffering. 8 Almost five centuries ago, one of the first attempts to set up this monopoly took place in England. The Act of 1511, signed into law by King Henry the Eighth, in England, made it an offence to practice physic or surgery without the approval of a panel of "experts." This Act was formalized in 1518 with the founding of the Royal College of Physicians. In 1540, barbers and surgeons were granted similar powers, when the King granted approval of their company.

In doing this analysis the theory of complicity, actus reus of aiding and abetting and the mens rea of aiding and abetting in relation to officials of transnational corporations will be explored and analysed to assess the liability of these officials in Burma. In doing this analysis the jurisprudence of inter alia the Nuremberg cases, the cases decided by the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY) and the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR) will be used. This dissertation also examines the problems associated with suing or prosecuting transnational corporations due to the legal personality of transnational corporations and the structure of transnational corporations. At the end of the dissertation some recommendations are made so as to enable transnational corporations to be more transparent and accountable under the law.

Hallstein represented the new breed of members of the Nazi/Cartel Coalition. He was trained by legal teachers whose primary goal was to sabotage the ‘Versailles Treaty’ defining the reparation payments imposed on Germany after it lost WWI. Early on in his career Hall- stein received a special training at the ‘Kaiser Wilhelm Institute in Berlin.’ This private institute was largely financed by the IG•Farben Cartel to raise its scientific and legal cadres for the Cartel’s next at- tempts at the conquest and control of Europe and the world. While the rule of the Nazis ended in 1945, the rule of their accom- plices, the IG Farben Cartel and its successors BAYER, BASF, and HOECHST had just begun. As a strategic part of their plan to launch the third attempt at the conquest of Europe, they placed – a mere decade after their previous attempt had failed – one of their own at the helm of the new cartel ‘politburo’ in Brussels: Walter Hallstein. This chapter documents that the fundamentally undemocratic con- struct of today’s ‘Brussels EU’ is no coincidence. Hallstein, a promi- nent Nazi lawyer – and expert on the IG•Farben concern – was chosen by these corporate interests to become the first EU Commission pres- ident with a specific assignment: to model the ‘Brussels EU’ after the original plans of the Nazi/IG Farben coalition to rule Europe through a ‘Central Cartel Office’.

What was Dachsbau used for by the German army in WWll? THE DAY DACHSBAU BURNED TRIVIA ANSWERS: Badger's Den, Grueneburg Park, and August - Siebert Strasse. Dachsbau was used as a mess hall by the Germany army during WWll (per Joe Tovarek). The German army leased the I.G. Farben building in 1940 for office space and used Dachsbau for dining. I'm presuming it was for enlisted personnel and that the building directly behind the Farben building (the Officers' Club) was for officers. Grueneburg Park is said to have been used to hold Allied POWs as one website states or for war refugees as Joe tells me. Page 2 of 14 Did you know that Dachsbau, the ASA Frankfurt Communication Center, had a major fire on December 8, 1971 that led to its closure? I didn't until I started this project. I was on the phone with Ray Anfang when he brought up the subject of the fire. It was the first I had heard of it and it led me down a curious and interesting path. Ray was an MOS 345 Crypto Maintenance & Repair SP5 and a Duty NCO at Dachsbau. He later transferred to ASAE S3 at the Farben Building where he was promoted to SSgt. He spent thirty years in the army with an incredible list of duty sites including Viet Nam, Iran, Presidio of San Francisco, Vint Hill and TDY trips all around the world inspecting crypto facilities.
