16 Bangor Area Children’s Choir Bangor Area Children’s Choir 5 A tradition of excellence For more than 20 years, The Bangor Area Children’s Choir (BACC) has been Helping Youth Discover Their Voice. For members of the artistic staff, Board of Directors, and volunteers, this means providing an exceptional choral music experience. BACC’s multi- genre repertoire is carefully chosen to ensure a challenging, yet developmentally appropriate singing experience. Students learn music and performance skills that enhance vocal and personal growth. BACC is proud of its distinguished history. Founded in 1992, BACC served as the featured entertainment at the reunions of the Fifth Armored Division of the Army. The organization has continued serving youth under thoughtful and inspiring artistic direction. The legacy of the two first artistic directors, Jean Sigler and Michele Bremner Voss, continues to resonate in the lives of ANDREA HAND the adults who were once their choir members. The Scholarship artist & photographer Fund named in their honor has a vibrant impact on current youth members who are not able to afford tuition and participate in the Lifestyle Portraiture in joys of BACC despite challenging economic times. graphite photography Thank you for joining us in celebrating more than 20 years of acrylic Helping Youth Discover Their Voice! 207.299.3359
