The methods within nds ths Norfolk Cambridge without 2 or 5 each group have the same BEVERLEY Prime under method rung above the SURFLEET Prime under treble. Berwick Beverley without 2nds Ie, The London group are all Hexham Surfleet without 2nds London above the Treble. YORK London under The methods shown in DURHAM Wells under capitals are 2nds place BOURNE Norwich with 3rds under methods the others are rung with 6th place at the lead Hull Bourne without 2nds end. LONDON All the methods have either WELLS Variation of London under 2nds or 6ths at the lead end; LINCOLN Prime under (Westminster) where the derivation shows COLDSTREAM Prime under (Allendale) places other than 2nds or 6ths CUNECASTRE Cambridge with 3rds under ie. 3rds, 5ths then these refer KELSO Prime under to the place made at the half lead ie. “without 5ths” means Norwich “lead” is made at the half rds Warkworth Surfleet with 3 under lead. WESTMINSTER Prime under A “Prime under” or “over” ALLENDALE Prime under means that the piece rung BAMBOROUGH Prime under (Kelso) “under” or “over” the treble Bacup Prime under (Kelso) is a new “half” method Rossendale London under which has to be learnt. This document is a recreation of a handwritten guide which was given to me circa 1993 by Lucy Shepherd of the St. Peter's, Dunstable Ringers. Sadly, Lucy recently passed away following a short illness. I would like to dedicate this document to her memory. I have found this guide to be very useful and conveniently pocket sized when folded.
