This report focuses on the last five years of CDRS operations in Pakistan, our current projects, and key all-time statistics. These pages will provide you with a greater understanding of our accomplishments, particularly in the modern era of CDRS which began in 2014 when we started taking our first steps towards expanding beyond the provision of healthcare and logistics in disaster zones to implementing social welfare, development and youth community service projects. As you take a look at this report, please keep in mind that our strength and eectiveness comes as a result of our extensive capabilities and experience with great dedication to our work. CDRS has been tested by every type of disaster and the most challenging circumstances imaginable. We never give up in hard times and will never stop believing in Humanity. We have a unique approach to field work based in logistics excellence and strategic partnerships with other organizations and the communities we serve. Our team has the adaptability, creativity, toughness, tenacity, compassion and successful track record to provide a wide range of innovative programs which are eective and cost eicient. In 2009, the People of Swat had to endure war between The Pakistan Army and The Taliban, resulting in the displacement of 3.5 million citizens. The 2010 floods exacerbated their struggles by destroying homes, bridges, farms, road and hospitals. CDRS responded by setting up multiple mobile medical camps. A permanent health facility was needed, which was established in August 2011.
