• Clear wayfinding and accessibility are also important features • Warm, subtle nighttime lighting is preferred to bold, dramatic or colored lighting. • The pedestrian bridge over 5th St NW could have a distinguishing feature in the guardrail screening or glazing. • The bridge may contain a visually striking element or lighting feature at the tower east of 5th St NW that acts as a beacon or wayfinding feature for pedestrians.

• Panel made up of community stakeholders, artists and project team members will meet in Q4 2018 – Q1 2019 to select an artist to create a site specific artwork for the garage

• Artist to begin community research process in Q3 2019
