An 8ft Praam Dinghy by John Cornwall of Torbay Yacht and Powercraft, circa 1980, ash and mahogany gunwhales with laminated trim, inspection hatches and stern dolly wheel. £300-£500. 2 . A 20ft motor launch 'Wier Dolphin' of Dartmouth, forward cabin and canopy to cockpit, fitted with a well maintained Mitsubushi diesel engine with Thornycroft marine conversion, serial number 02-1273, New Age PRM gearbox, 1313 running hours, deck equipment including warps and fenders, three anchors and chains, safety equipment, Icom VHF IC-M401EURO radio, Clipper GPS, on an SBS twin axle trailer with spare winch and other related engine spares, tools and accessories. £5000-£6000. CERAMICS and GLASS 3 . A Doulton & Watts stoneware character jug of Admiral Nelson of typical form, impressed factory marks to base, 19.5cm high, restored. £80-£120. 4 . A nautical themed blue and white soup bowl by Enoch Wood, possibly for the American market, with central view of shipping offshore within a floral border, 22cm diameter. £40-£60. 5 . A Naples polychrome porcelain bust of Napoleon Bonaparte with arms folded, on plinth base, 11.5cm high. £40-£50. 6 . A Southern Pacific SS.CO (Morgan Line) rectangular side dish, with flag emblem, blue glazed border and ribbon moulded to each end, 29.5cm long. £40-£60. 7 . An Allen Line blue and white Willow pattern dish by Ashworth Brothers, Staffordshire, impressed and brown transfer factory and shipping line marks to base, 22cm long. £120-£150. 8 . A British Tankers Staffordshire teapot, of squat baluster form with transfer emblem to side and nickel plated spout cap. £30-£40. 9 . An ice pail from the Royal Service of the RY Victoria & Albert III, by Copeland, the apple green border with gilt ropework and alternating medallions for George V, gilt shell handles, the base with maker's mark and retailer's mark for T Goode & Co London, 27cm high, (hairline crack to base) £150-£250. 10 . An Edward VII coffee can and saucer by Royal Worcester, possibly form the Royal Yacht, blue and gilt crown and 'ER' cypher with enamel flags, maker's mark and retailer's mark for Phillips, Mount Street, London, circa 1905. £50-£70. 12 . An Edward VII coffee can, saucer and jug by Royal Crown Derby, possibly from the Royal Yacht,gilt crown and 'ER' cypher, maker's mark to base (3). £50-£70. The following 24 lots were salvaged by Captain Mike Hatcher in 1999, from the wreck of the trading junk Tek Sing (True Star) which sank off of the Indonesian coast on 6th February 1822. Despite it's modest size, being only 54 m long and 10 m wide, it is often referred to as the Titanic of the East as over 1600 perished when it was lost. 13. Tek Sing Cargo - six Chinese porcelain bowls of circular form, the interior and exterior painted in blue with lotus bands containing lingzhi fungus and peach branches, four 16 cm and two 13 cm diameter, two character mark within concentric rings to larger. Tek Sing Cargo - five Chinese porcelain bowls and five stands of circular form the exterior painted in blue with lotus bands containing lingzhi fungus and blooms, 15 cm diameter, the stands with two character mark within concentric rings, some encrustation. Tek Sing Cargo -fifty Chinese porcelain dishes of circular form painted with a ribbon bound basket of flowers and foliage within blue borders, the reverse with simple sprigs, 15 cm diameter. (50) £220-£280. 23 . Tek Sing Cargo - sixty Chinese porcelain bowls of circular form painted on the exterior with a band of circles and dots, 11 cm diameter. (60) £220-£280. 24 . Tek Sing Cargo - eighty various pieces of Chinese porcelain comprising ten each of the following; circular plates painted in blue with aster sprays beneath a line and dot border, 8 cm diameter; smaller plates painted in blue with magnolia, peony and foliage amongst pierced rocks, 10 cm diameter, similar sized plates under olive glazes [some light encrustation], smaller plates painted with a simple floral spray, 8.5 cm diameter; circular bowls painted on the exterior with a band of circles and dots, 11 cm diameter tea bowls painted with floral sprays, 7 cm diameter, similar undecorated tea bowls and ointment or cosmetic pots painted with lotus bands. (80) £280-£320. 25 . Tek Sing Cargo - ten Chinese porcelain plates and shallow dishes each of circular form and painted in blue each with a different design, 8.5 - 20 cm diameter. Tek Sing Cargo - five good Chinese porcelain bowls of circular form the exterior painted in blue with magnolia and peony amongst pierced rocks, 16.5 cm diameter, two character mark in concentric rings. Tek Sing Cargo - four good pairs of Chinese porcelain plates comprising two painted with peony, magnolia and pierced rocks, 15 cm diameter, two painted with peony, other blooms and a flying insect 18 cm diameter, two painted in blue with aster sprays beneath a line and dot border, 8 cm diameter and two with pierced rocks flanked by stylised blooms and a butterfly. Tek Sing Cargo - twenty Chinese porcelain bowls and twenty dishes comprising ten painted to the exterior with a stylised landscape, 14 cm diameter, ten tea bowls, the exterior painted with peony, magnolia and rocks, 7.5 cm diameter, ten painted with a ribbon bound basket of flowers and foliage within blue borders, the reverse with simple sprigs, 15 cm diameter and ten painted with peony and magnolia flanking pierced rocks within a double line border, 10.5 cm diameter. Tek Sing Cargo - five Swatow dishes and five matching stands and fifteen Chinese porcelain bowls the former painted variously in iron red with lotus pods and petals, the bowls 16 cm the stands 19.5 cm diameter, together with five bowls the exterior printed in blue with shou medallions and stylised scrolls, 15 cm diameter, five with the exterior printed in blue with two bands of calligraphic designs, 15 cm diameter and five bowls painted on the exterior with a band of circles and dots, 11 cm diameter.
