I am Always here having fun with my friends and happily, I did a good presentation and ended in rst place in this run. I am very happy. The show was simply amazing, the public came and it is satisfying to see this. It is the public that makes this sport grow, so their presence is very important DOUGLAS LEITE DOGUETE Winner of the SP stage of the BMX Super Spine Brazilian Championship It was great because we could gather the best athletes in Brazil and in the world in this stage. Also, we took BMX to other types of public that like bicycles and this is one of the nicest things that a sport can give you. A cyclist often starts doing BMX then goes on to MTB or the other way round. The event was a success, the public came and we only had positive feedbacks. The idea now is to organize another stage next year ANDRE RIBEIRO Organizer of this stage AND MORE... Kids AREA In this area, children had the opportunity to pedal for the rst time with help from Bike Anjo. STAGE Area dedicated to the sharing of knowledge related to the cycling Pump Track culture. Area in which visitos could develop their skills The global “Bicycle Mayor” initiative arrived in São Paulo and was presented during Brasil Cycle Fair. The program aims at accelerating the expansion of cycling in the city and at achieving one billion cyclists. Created in Holland, the project was implemented in Amsterdam, Sidney, Mexico, among others. In each location, ambassadors were selected and received the title of “Bicycle Mayor”. A cycling parade took place and received the visit of the Sao Paulo’s Secretary of Transport and Mobility, Sergio Avelleda, and the Consulate General of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Sao Paulo.
