After several years of planning, and many more years of dreaming, our team of five people set off for Greenland on 26th July, 2015. Our aim was to collect samples of cave calcite for use in construction of the first record of climate change from caves in Greenland. We were successful, and came back with many more samples than we ever expected to find, not to mention the documentation of twenty-six caves. This report is our story, right from the beginning when I was first introduced to the idea, through to the highs and lows of the expedition itself, and on to today, where we are now deep in the throes of the scientific analyses.
