Greg Places for People has also assisted in providing advice on appropriate affordable housing tenures, affordable housing disposal and GLA grant funding. Camden Goods Yard, Camden (One Housing) – Greg has assisted the preparation of options appraisals for Camden Goods Yard. This involved the preparation of financial models and affordable housing valuations to assess the best possible approach to re-development. Mitre Yard (City & Docklands) – Greg has assisted City & Docklands in the preparation of a Section 73 application for a build to rent scheme in OPDC. Greg’s work involved advising on affordable housing negotiations, engaging with planning officers, updating the Section 106 and reviewing the existing late stage review mechanism. A Quod profile

Kidbrooke Station (TFL) – Greg has assisted in agreeing the affordable housing tenure and detailed affordability terms of the various affordable tenures. This involved detailed housing needs research and the preparation of financial appraisals. Barking Riverside, Barking (L&Q) – Greg has assisted the preparation of a joint financial model between the GLA and Barking Council to identify a solution for the scheme. Gilston Park (Places for People) – Greg has undertaken detailed housing needs research to evaluate the most appropriate type of affordable housing. This also involved working on the development appraisalsand creating the proposed housing mix.
